mmense artist, whom I have always admired since my youth, so much so! that one day I reproduced his painting "apollo" with a few modifications ....richard will challenge photography! with his brushes ... he is very strong in perfection!
A star, to express the soul - from the inside out. As a born again follower of Jesus he knows his Father made Bob as His Image, so to create beauty from his five senses as well it is his joyful responsibility, halleluuuuujah Gen 1. ✝️❤️
Wonderful paintings but panning and tilting all the time is a terrible procedure. For most of the paintings we never get to see s still shot of the entire canvas so that we can get the composition as a whole.
I cannot wtap my head around Bobs art It hits me squate in the eye and heart . I get it ..and love it and dont lnow what to do ...but plan a trip and see it in person. .maybe...live out the rest of my life on the steps of whatever Gallery is sjowing his work .. - just a fleeting thought.
Bob's art was sensational, the display started out in a pleasant simplistic way but advanced into a much greater demonstration of artistic translation. Like his music, still simple but very deep, and who else can back his artful display with his own inspired songs? An artist this talented should paint. thanks for the show...
No matter where your going to go - going, or where you've already been... you'll find Bob Dylan & Tom Waits just waiting there with 2 T-shirts each & smiling you a whisper; knowing all about the place.
LOVE That BD's SUBLIME & Impressionistic Paintings are shown while playing his Iconic 1960's, 'Mr. Tambourine Man' (1 of My Favs).song from his early singer/songwriter years in the '60's. That song, in particular was So FULL of Vivid Imagery with WORDS. Thankfully, Bob has extended his Evocative Artistry TO Canvas. Alot of which is seems to showcase Americana Life.. Ever witnessing his Midwest ( MN) small town roots with an eye towards the people of every day life, plus Many recognizable landmarks. Just like his many genres of Americana music, his painter's eye captures the many textures of American everyday life of the common people, as well as some of his others also capture some recognizable American + few European sites as well. I Believe BD has a Center showcasing his Art & achievements in Tucson, AZ & think also in Nashville as well. So GLAD Bob has Kept Growing Artist ically Into other mediums of expression & Continues to Share with us All his varied Giod given GIFTS. We Are All So Blessed by his Artistic Expressing. He Also Does Scultures & Iron works as welk & has several Art Books he's done Also. LUCKY US Thank You Bob for Sharing your Beautiful Heart & Creativity with the 🌎. He Is an AMERICAN Treasure Absolutely! xxxooo ✌ + ♥ ♥ ♥
Welcome to Mr. Zimmerman's loft: The open road...the panoramic vista...the wheel ...and bridge: Upon entering, each subject, the viewer's psyche is offered an opportunity to resonate with such Jungian-like metaphorical directives in concert with this art'ist's life-long resolve. We are invited into each vibrant expressive world with near insistance that one's perspective sharps and broadens with the immediacy of Life.
And if we live more than once, some day, when Bob is no longer Bob, there's a pretty good chance he will gaze upon his own art, as a different person... just as anonymous as you and I are now. Will he have a "feeling" he has seen it before? He will have to hear a Bob Dylan song playing somewhere... the radio, or on his parent's vintage turntable, spinning an LP album of Bob's... Will he like it, or hate it? ❤️
I think your reading too much into it. There are many "Bobs," there is a Bob that's actually simple and straight forward. He has always liked "Americana", the old America before corporations took over, television, "public relations" and now the vast sea of information/ disinformation that is the Internet. Sometimes what you see is what you get.
BRILLANT ARTISTIC COMPOSITION THROUGHOUT BOB'S PAINTINGS. MAY I ASK, WHERE TO PURCHASE HIS WORKS. AS I AM A COLLECTOR, OF ARTWORK THAT I LIKE, FOR MY SPACE. PLEASE DON'T EVER SAY " IT DOESN'T MATCH THE COLOURS IN TNIS ROOM" AS ITS QUITE AN INSULT, TO THE ARTIST ! . A MASTERPIECE , INDEED ! THANK YOU 🖼♥️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🔱
This is the most difficult sort of painting to master and Richter has made the grade. He has found the key to inventing a new way to present color feilds in compositions that never stray from refelcting nature. Bravo Gerhard, you are an inspiration to all and everyone who lives and breathes.
A disappearing world of colour vivacity optimism in conflict with realism.Oh to be a lonely figure somewhere in one of these paintings (or song).I just don't like what's coming down the track for our children.I hope to God I'm wrong.
I love that painting with road and rails... they are the Fate of Bob... I love that yellow flowers too... and hearing Mr. Tambourine Man... is better, because Bob will be forever my Tambourine Man...💖💖🌻🌻🎸🎸
