I just failed the NCLEX 😢. I cannot begin to articulate the level of embarrassment and wasting of time , I'm confident that I will be a good nurse. just want to pass my exam 💔💔

The answer is Proteinuria. Edema, particular dependent edema is normal finding in pregnancy. Active fetal movement is healthy. Seizures indicate Eclampsia, not pre eclampsia. Proteinuria suggests the kidneys are letting protein through their filtration, which would not happen in this case unless high blood pressure is causing damage and allowing larger molecules to get through. Consistently High blood pressure is indicative of pre eclampsia .
