Why is it that lifeboats are surrounded by other boats I appreciate marine space is premium but surely it’s common sense to provide a quick passage for these volunteers. Every second counts on a rescue
The RNLI exists to save lives at sea without fear or favour. The rights or wrongs of illegal immigration do not enter into it. Presumably you would prefer to see people drown
The most ignorant comment I have ever heard. They don't go out to people in distress in the sea and who are about to drown and say "No can't take you, you are an illegal immigrant". "If you are lucky someone else might come along shortly (if they are not too late".) And NO I am not a leftie or whatever, I think our borders are a mess, and I know some immigrants are wanting to come here purely because of the handouts, housing etc. But I would never leave anyone to die when I had the means to save them and it was my job to do so as well.
What a shame the focus is all on motor vehicles speeding over the causeway bridge whereas there are so many other users of the water and shoreline, like the nature reserve ramblers, the bird watchers, the trout anglers and the sailing club fraternity. Looking forward to your next video!
That was the station alarm which alerts the rnli volunteers with their pagers (beepers) turned off if they are near the lifeboat station. It was actually set off way too late.
Hi Ben. Nice little vid. My wife and i have been to this quaint Spanish town a few times but NEVER ventured up the 365 steps to the top!!! So my hat off to you. I have a vid similar to yours, but documentary style . Will visit Mallaorca this year but at the other end of the Island in Palma Nova.
