When fasting: preparation: there should be a gradual elimination of foods. For example: stop eating meats and starches, & Dairy; then, stop eating fruits and vegetables only have broth, tea & water until you can go with water only for 3 days . Coming off the fast you gradually re introduce foods starting with water, tea, and broth and so on... You will learn if you are Alergic to certain foods also. But the worst thing to do is go from a water fast to eating foods it will hurt you digestive system 😢 up. Like for example: coming off a fast and eat ice cream or broccoli ( omg even I will feel that pain for you). Not that they are bad, it is the way you reintroduce foods back into your digestive system ; that makes the difference.
