living in the building Navy Green is like living in a horror movie. 85% of the residents come from mental health shelters. These residents are not rehabilitated before they are released to this building. The facility is run like a jail. There is no protection for the residents. Several men have knocked on my door. Women have threatened me. When I call the police the managers refuse to allow the police to take the report. I have had to file a complaint against the 88th precinct for not taking my complaints. People use a variety of drugs in the building. The cops are here frequently. The tenants are not respected. There are no services provided. There is nothing in place for the 15% that are not a part of the program. It is extremely dangerous. My neighbor bangs, yells, and curses all day and night. I can not sleep. Living in this building has been tormenting. The stigmatization from living in this building has ruined my reputation. I do not know of any other buildings run in this way. You also can not have overnight guest. Nobody is helped, people have children in this building who are also exposed to this dangerous environment. I feel hopeless living here. This is a disgusting horrible place.
