Thanks for the video! Does the title gets transferred at closing or after you paid the VTB? Also while you pay the VTB, seller still got a mortgage to pay. Do they keep their name on their mortgage since you're not inheriting it?
Hi Rob. I might not be optimal but currently all I can withstand and have decent hope with lower stress is doing all in Berkshire Hathaway B. I am not on Tik Tok but when I look at Berkshire Hathaway and its load of cash, business and stocks, I feel long term I get safer than cash and bonds with relatively sure returns from intrinsic value accretion. Am I wrong or should I start a Tik Tok pro Berkshire propaganda channel!!?
Hey, does anyone know which crypto exchanges offer the best tools for analyzing market cap vs enterprise value? I use Stonfi for trading TON cause its super easy and has almost zero fees 🚀
I'm gonna buy land and live off land my own ranch n have my own ecosystem put diversify into a portion of money Into real estate n other things that will preserve my wealth it's not how much you have it's how much you keep
The dollar is literally being destroyed / debased / devalued. The best performing asset in the history of the world is BITCOIN. It is by far the best store of value. 10 years from now you’ll be thankful for every dollar you put into it.. My two cents.
Regretting missing out on earlier Bitcoin investments, I kept funds in a HYSA. Now, with $200k to invest, I aim to avoid FOMO and buying at the peak. What's the best approach for a newbie to navigate the market?
I do agree, Investing has gotten difficult especially after pandemic, hence why I decided to use the expertise of an advisor, my spouse kicked against the idea initially, but oh well guess who's best buddies with our advisor now hehehe.
Thank you for sharing, I must say, Melissa appears to be quite knowledgeable. After coming across her web page, I went through her resume and it was quite impressive. I reached out and scheduled a call.
You are too Dave Ramsey (love him btw), average, ignorant to understand it obviously. I know exactly how to do it. It’s correct. Savings is for losers. But hey what are you worth? I bet Grant has 10x more than everything you do.
Great video. Does the surviving spouse get the spouse’s benefit if they have held off applying for the pension? If so is it the amount that would be for their age at death or when spouse applies ie. same age partners, spouse dies aged 63 surviving spouse applies for CPP at 65 do they also receive survivor benefit based on 65?
Friday, 5/31/2024: Nasdaq was down about -1.5% most of the day, then during the last hour it recuperated to about even. An article said the recovery may have been due to short-covering, which caused me to search up what that is. Thanks!
Do you still consider $10M a lot (given this video was made 4 years earlier)?. In US, UHNW starts from $35M.. I am in US and built ~$5M now in my late 30s. If all goes well, I should hit $10M by mid 40s.
Absolutely Alif! While $10M may not by definition be considered UHNW, you're still in the extreme upper echelon of wealth in the US. Keep crushing it!!
Hell I've paid into it the piece of shit government can give it back tax free and interest is what I think but all government are thieves so that will never happen
Hi🎉 I have invested in ppn since 2022august but till today I haven't received any successful withdrawals from the platform.. May you give me any clue what might the problem 🎉🎉
If you are setting up a Family trust for the kids, can you include a house with a Reverse Mortgage on it? The name would have to change from the father to the trusts name as far as the reverse mortgage lender goes. Thanks, great content!
What about infinite banking? Sounds great to have an account that returns X% that you can borrow from in any economy, but the cost of the whole life policy it's bundled with seems me kills the potential returns, no?
Not to mention that 1kg of gold is worth about 75k USD and 1 IG of silver is only 850 USD. 10,000 CHF is 11,000 USD and 10,000 SGD is about 7,300 USD. What kind of weighting is that? Just random.
