Sir reply.. jab me apne ander ki saans baher nikal deta hun to bol leta hun. Or jb saans baher nikal ke bolta hun to pura waqya nhi bol pata bolte bolte awaj khatam ho jati hai. Or agr saans leker bolta hun to stammering jyada hone lgti hai...
Hum fast bolte hai isiliye akhalate hai..... breathing exercises karne par bhi main Apne breathing par control la nahi pari.....bolte bolte fast bolana aa hi jata hai.....
