Jankowski Outdoors consists of three Wisconsin brothers who grew up hunting and fishing with our dad, grandpa, and uncles. Didn’t get to do as much for about a decade as work and raising kids kept us busy. However, we never lost our passion for the outdoors.
This channel’s goal is to document our outdoors adventures going forward as we dedicate as much time as possible to hunting, fishing and shooting.
I just went with night crawlers. The small pond (with the kids’ swimming area) has some bluegill and smaller bass that I saw. The larger pond seems full of blues and likely more bass. I don’t fish long due the off and on and the lightening starting. I’m hoping to go back there real soon. Good luck and let me know how it goes!
Polk County, near St. Croix Falls area. We have had some land in the extended family for a long, long time. This is the land my brothers and I grew up hunting on. Glad you enjoyed the video!
It was so odd to hardly see a thing on the property we’ve hunted since we were ten years old, and our dad and uncle for years before that. The trail cams we had set up were full of deer so we know they are there, just not coming out during shooing light hours unfortunately. Maybe next year. Awesome Eric got his brute of a whitetail buck. Huge bodied deer providing him and his family with a lot of great venison this year.
Wasn’t great fishing this time of year for my first attempt at canal fishing in Cape Coral. Skunked but hopefully learned a bit along the way that can help next time I’m in the area.
