On Realclimate I posted my correct explanation of "Greenhouse Effect" (so not the childish rubbish shown in this video) and I started with "the Greenhouse Effect of liquids" (clouds, they keep the nights warmer) and then "the Greenhouse Effect of solids" (your one, I already had that years ago for solid aerosols) and nobody frequenting Realclimate contradicted any of it except a pedant uninterested in the thrust & important implications of my correct science responded like "You can't call it the Greenhouse Effect of liquids & solids because they don't transmit all the Solar SWR". So feeling miffed & whimsical about the pedantic response I suggested on whim "the Shithouse Effect of liquids & solids" (can't remember whether Realclimate posted it). Now obviously that's poor quality and I'm too lazy to think of better so you could maybe engage your snazzy phrasings mind and get a snappy phrase for "transmits partial or none SWR & LWR both". (I know obviously that your glass can be a "greenhouse solid" unlike ice crystals, water droplets, dust, ash, salt & cruds.

The explanation and pictorial at 3:40 is incorrect. It's Junk Science that I see everywhere for 12 years. "Re-emit" to whatever extent it happens is small or negligible and, most importantly, has nothing whatsoever to do with the so-called "greenhouse effect (GHE)" of so-called "greenhouse gases (GHGs)" in Earth's troposphere. The photons shown from surface (red wavy arrow) are absorbed by the GHGs and are GONE for good, simple as that. They are converted into "heat" ("thermalization") which is simply making all the air molecules move faster. The GHGs also MANUFACTURE that radiation (the red wavy arrow type) but they make LESS of it than they absorb simply because they are COLDER than the surface (they're higher up) so less gets to space. That's the ACTUAL REALITY, the actual GHE in Earth's troposphere. The reason why this is important is because the rubbish shown in the pictorial at 3:40 has been strongly enabling a whole set of related memes by the Deniers for ~15 years who use its Junk Science as a very handy "Straw Man" and successfully attack it in varied ways. Random example is "Mister Yong Tuition" an Aussie Professional coal-oil-gas-wealth Junk-Science promulgator, but there's a large number of others taking advantage of the "Straw Man" Junk Science pictorial at 3:40. It's easy to attack because it's Junk Science that's got nothing to do with the GHE. It's a "Straw Man".
