I think the change is okay, and it’s much cuter. I don’t play the game or anything, and I haven’t watched Scooby Doo in a good second, but I wouldn’t want my main to use special move White Woman Tears on her foes.

It's very obvious that they made non-binary bodies for the LGBT players, but for the players who actually want a gender there is nothing, nothing is feminine or really masculine. I would have been fine if they added another body type for those people, but getting rid of the gendered bodies was a bad move
The funny thing is that in the context of the move, Velma uses the Clues she collected to deduce that the character she arrests/kidnaps isn't even the real character but another classic ne'er-do-well in disguise! So if you look at it like that, she's actually protecting LeBron from identity theft and possibly being framed for a crime!
