I like this channel. Hear an opinion about the DESIGN of the car snd not the mechanics or Specs. I don't agree at all points with you, bit is great to know other points of view.
One thing I can speak for: in Sweden when a car gets 30 years old, it will be exempt from tax, no matter the fuel type, that makes the BMW, Mercedes and Volvos very desirable over here, mainly Mercedes and Volvos purely for these aspects: legendary build quality and reliability, high safety ratings and easy to service and operate Because of this tax system I own a BMW e38 (and hunting for a facelift W124 disel) as I know the value will peak when it passes 30 years here, often people start to collect cars that are 20-25 years old and wait till they become tax free, seeing that as a long term investment.
I drive W124 can confirm that I see quite more of them nowadays. When I´m in Belgrade I see at least 1-2 every day, also a lot more of all big three models from the 90s. And yes they are all in pretty good condition
Talked to a work colleague who fixes cars for a hobby, especially benzes. He says the after market for the 124 is good. Your comparison to the e39 is a little off, isnt it? The w210 was the competitor, no?
In Turkish youtube we see Turks from Germany bring their W124s to get refurbished in Turkiye then they drive them back. Opposite of planned obsolescence, these cars represent the German engineering excellence in many peoples eyes so no wonder they are getting more popular.
The problem with all those car is that they are getting very old ... Just like my w202 they are really nice but everything can go wrong unexpectedly 😢.... I wish they were still making cars like this new!
Hi All, as You can see, for a change I went back to the roots, to where my enthusiasm for cars started. I keep these clips short and rather spontaneous to share some of my sentiment about some cars that shaped my perception of automobiles. Enjoy!
Hi all! How Do You Like This One! Hit Like if You like! Trivia: Audi aficionados will surely notice that this limited edition RS6 features no roof rails which changes its silhouette a great deal!
Let me know how You like this wild V12 Lamborghini! Hit Like if You like! Thank You for tuning in! Feel free to comment and subscribe for more cool clips with cool cars!
Hi all! If You miss the good old days of a straightforward stick shifter connected to a V8, look no further... I like this car A LOT! Let me know what You think about this one! It seems to me like an honest car, not built for a specific market but instead for someone who likes a cool machine.
How do You like this one? I think it is a good looking station wagon. Tried to keep this video short and focusing on "first impression". Thanks for tuning in!
