Nice Visual JTB! However, the routing isnt. Straight LINE! seems like a good place to get thrash tho, 40 section on a4020 Also, i did route 299 and PL-5 and -6.
This route will be awarded to metroline on the 4th of september using existing volvo bt9tl gemini 2s and it will be operated from the UX Uxbridge garage. I think there will be a transfer from the AH garage as theres currently only 2/3 of them in the UX garage running on route U4 and rarely on U1
Great visual! I think the Rotherhite Street Section should be removed as 10.8 m buses can barely do it. A2198 is pretty small for a A road, it’s very unique. 6:28 you can see it struggles on Suntherland Street. Should use different buses. Also, you forgot to make the borough logo’s transparent.
Thank You Very Much! I don't think so as it helps to connect residents along the Thames barrier and if they do remove it, it would cause accessibility deprivation. Yes, the A2198 is a nice, unique - small road. 6:28 - I don't really think it should use different buses. I think the City of Westminster Council should push the yellow line further by 1 car length because the rest of the road seems okay. I didn't forget to make the Borough logos transparent. If I blended it in, it wouldn't able to be seen clearly.
So sorry you had to hold your camera on such a long and busy route.I like the Waterloo rerouting, but now it's even longer 😭 Great visual anyway! -Could i be seeing my 6 or 52 request being done soon?????-
Thank You Very Much! Yes it is! These buses are generally based in South London in areas such as Elephant & Castle, Nine Elms & West Croydon. On routes P5, C10 & 433.
Nice video 👍 PV are a disgrace🤬🤬🤬!!! Their incompetence affects every route that is operated there. 1. More than half of 7's buses are constantly out of service because they are not functional and they are not bothered to fix them so 7 sometimes has to use VWH from other routes which impacts their service. 2. 90 often never has enough buses to keep up with peak hours because they keep putting the Evoseti on other routes like 483. This often means you sometimes have to wait a long time for a 90 to come. Also the VMHs are supposed to be for 90 only. 3. They still haven't fully converted the 483 to a full hybrid operation! Why are VWs still appearing on this route when they should clearly be on 83/297. 4. The way they have managed the allocation for route 245 is very bad. It practically doesn't have its own batch of buses. It's allocated with VWH but because it doesn't have its own batch, it often takes many vehicle from 483 which is why the third thing often happens. It often takes VWs from 83/297 thus affects their service. It also takes VMHs from 90 and WHDs from 7 which hurts their service. 5. The way they operate the 83 is very poor. The route is supposed to be a full Gemini 2 B9TL operation so why am i seeing a Gemini 3 mark 1 on it when it's clearly unnecessary and detrimental and they aren't doing shit about it. There is often so much congestion where you might see 2 or 3 at once and then you don't see one for 20 minutes. There are too many buses. Service should be more well distributed and have a better balance. If one G3 mark 1 is constantly appearing on the route y can't Evosetis make an appearance on the route. The last time they did was months ago. The disparity between 83 and other routes is very concerning i wish for either 83 to use full B9TL or for Evosetis to appear on the route and they won't do either. They need to sort out this mess that they created. 83 should have no hybrids. I just feel like they don't really care about 83 the way they care about other routes. 83 has been constantly neglected. They must really dislike this route. I know this is unrelated to the topic but I just wanted to open up about it cos I've been noticing it for the past year. If you know why this keeps on happening please tell me.
1: The 7 has issues with hydrogen fuel, which is why hybrids frequently appear on the route. 2:The 90 will receive a +1 increase next month for the new contract, so those issues should be resolved from then 3:On paper the 483 is fully hybrid, but uses VW due to hybrids going on the 7/90/297 4:245 is allocated WHDs and has been since the 7 PVR cut. 5:I have no comment on the 83, the service is abysmal and PV has not even started electrification works yet.Wont be surprised if the VWs see 2025.
@@WesternTravels2024 it was confirmed that the WDEs are gonna be introduced somewhere during 2024 but I won't be surprised if they aren't cos some of the batch aren't even made yet
@@WesternTravels2024 I agree management of 83 has been terrible and they haven't prepared for the EVs that are supposed to be introduced somewhere in 2024. They just keep neglecting this route but at least more time with the B9TLs
Thank You Very Much! I'm not sure about why PV are like this. I think give them a few months until the WDE's arrive as I saw the ones on PB routes labelled for PV. I think once the electrics arrive at PV, the G2 B9TL's would get withdrawn; when 90 & 245 receive their own set of electrics, PV would have no other choice but to put VWH's onto the 483.
Nice one 1 is nice route but I think they should of get rid of 199 and cut 1 back to around Waterloo and make a new route maybe call 408 from Waterloo all the way to Hampstead Heath
Thank You Very Much! Yes, 1 is a nice route! I think that would make things worse. Maybe they should've swapped the 1 & 188 routings around Rotherhithe and made 1 go from North Greenwich to Hampstead and the 188 from Tottenham Court Road to Canada Water.
