I was in high school with a girl who had weak arms as well...she was always kind of embarrased that she didnt look as good as some of the other girls. I encouraged her to eat right and start working out. We were sophomores then. By the last month of our senior year she was totally differnt. Shed lost weight and gained muscle...her little flabby arms were solid bicep wirh just a hint of a pesk. Good forearms and solid legs...when she wore tights you could see the ripple and bulge of her calves as she walked.
This is amazing!!! I love everything about this. You keep it real and I love that so much!!!! I’m excited to practice this in my own life. The one that hit home to me was feeling like having me time is selfish. As a wife and a mother I do for everyone, and forgot about me. One of my goals this year was to take care of me. And understand that having alone time is not selfish, it’s my restart button. I can’t give give give if I’m not adding to something. So I’m excited to fall in love with me and try out the points you made today. And No is going to be my best friend cause I’m forever saying YES. 🤦🏽♀️
I practice santeria as well and it is perceived to be dark but it’s really not! I love how there are people out there that know the true beautiful meaning of it ❤️❤️ thanks for this video!
I am 13 days post op and I've been soaking up as much positive information as I possibly can. I've known a few people that have had this surgery just to lose all the weight and regain double.
