Pa nikad nisam to probavao i fokusirao se. Tek od skoro sam testirao freestyle sklekove. Ali eto da kazem posle godinu dana sam imao sam dovoljno snage da uradim te varijacije.
10 is enough but also depending on how hard your training is you can add after this warm up some basic exercise before you start with hard exercise. For example After this routine you do routine of 10push ups, 10 squats and 10 sit ups... and repeat 3 rounds I didn't have rupture. I had injurie in my back, wrists, brachioradialis... all of this happend because of fails from the bar while freestyle or overtraining.
@@dovla64 dudeee, SAME! I had sudden sharp pain when happened and after I mean between 2-3 months i became completaly pain free and was able to do whatever but afraid to try ,now its 3 and half months since injury happend and I gradually started workouting again
