Greetings. Did you see my ass print on that bench? I contemplated life on that bench last year. Where did you get that big colorful map? Yes, I wish Mrs Quietjohn could come with me sometime. You are a fortunate guy. Thanks for the shout out. I appreciate it. Have a great day.
We didn't notice any trace of your time spent there, but whenever I see a bench, I almost always think of you. The maps are at the visitor center, and they are the best of any free maps that I have seen. I am blessed for sure! You're quite welcome on the shout-out, John and thanks for watching!
Hello Sir, Do you want to update your RU-vid thumbnail? Actually I'm a professional RU-vid thumbnail designer. Do you want to see my previous work samples? And If you want i can help you to grow your channel video views. Please let me know 🙏 Thanks
@@LumberjackPa you are correct. There is one flow trail built by BAMBA by the dam and the others are on SE corner of the lake, across from the Dyke. I was out riding on wednesday and came across the biggest snapping turtle I have ever seen at BM. Take care and see you out on the trails 👍👍🇺🇸
@cookingwithsherry kinda. In the winter, it isn't so bad if it's fresh snow, but the already trodden frozen snow can be a bummer. Now, for you and all my wonderful subscribers, I might go out in an ice storm and hike the sidewalk for comic relief. Thanks for a great question!
I think I too would find myself drawn to the area. Lots to explore and even getting lost allows one to see things that may first have gone unnoticed! Very enjoyable day and walk indeed!!
@wendingourway that is a great way to describe the feeling of getting out of the car and preparing to embark on the hike, not exactly knowing what to expect except for some stunning views of the lake! I love the thrill of hiking and adventure, and it seems that you do too. We thank you for checking out our little channel faithfully! It means so much to us. God bless you!
Oh, c'mon, that couldn't have been considered a road. It was more like a war-torn area in the second world war🤣. Thanks as always for watching our take on hiking.
Hi, Mrs. Lumberjack! I see you back there. You walked right past that little trail down to the lake. 😆 So many great views of the lake along this hike. Definitely looks like there could have been a house along the shore there with the brick foundation and concrete steps leading into the water.
At about 9:30 ish, there looks to be fields of Jerusalem artichokes. They have root tubers that are full of protein unlike potatoes with starch. Remember where they are and you can dig them up all the way till springtime for food. Thanks for the walk.
I loved the part of the trail where it went through all those flowers. You don't often see that when hiking, usually just the occasional flower or two.
Wow!! Very nice video and beautiful landscape!! Enjoyed watching!! Done myself few videos for my travel channel if you want to have a look at it.....thank you!! New SUBSCRIBER
@BBQRando thank you, sir! I am ready to lead you through a wonderful Pennsylvania State Park filled with natural and man-made sites to feast your eyes on.
Nice intro. That's a cool house. They didn't have to walk too far to the well, huh? Hey, you and Mrs. Lumberjack and Darcy are the Walking Stick Trio 😃
What a great outing! I'm sure you all had a good time on the trail. I love that close-up of the blue heron! Love that arches bridge, too! Beautiful footage of the trails, rivers and flowers. I enjoyed watching 👀 ☺️
I like the construction of that old bridge. Too bad about all the work they are doing. I always liked exploring creeks like this too. As a kid I’d be searching for crayfish there under the rocks. Cool finding the cave. I feel like I’ve seen those ruin steps before. Very nice collaboration. 👍10
Catching crayfish is a memory you have if you lived in the country. The steps were in our video from last year. Maybe that's where you remember them from. Thanks for supporting us, Craig!
Nice to see you Darcy and Mrs. Lumberjack all hiking together. It's great to see them making some improvements to Evansburg. When I was there last fall some of the bridges and things were damaged - looks like they are have been repaired now.
We are happy that you felt the same as us. We were very comfortable with you, and we look forward to hiking with you closer to your home. Thank you for everything!
Greetings. I filmed there 4 years ago, but never went down Bowers Road. I thought it was private property????. So, I missed the iron bridge. Always something to learn. Thanks. The Sea Eagle has a tear it it. Not sure if I can patch it😢
@quietjohnoutandabout6578 Well, I will have to check out your adventure at Lake Ountelaunee. It was marked private property at the camp entrance, but not on the road. The poor Sea Eagle needs some doctoring for future adventures. Thanks for watching, John!
I love those kind of bridges. When I was like 5 years old, my father took me fishing under a few bridges with like-beauty. The dam? It would just be relaxing to sit by it for a while! Nice!
