@@neul4139 Hang on a minute… Freddie Mercury was one of the best singers ever. He was a one off and the fact that Queen productions are putting pitch correction on his voice is disrespectful just so it can fit in with the crap music of today where everyone uses it. I’ve been a fan since 1979 and saw Queen live in 1986. I own over 350 Queen items and know every album, song and note inside out. Pitch correction is definitely not for the great Queen music of the past.
@@KRAZEEIZATIONI thought I was obsessed 😭I do agree with you tho I think it’s disrespectful they’ve used ai and all that crap on his voice, I would rather listen to the original to be fair
Love the "Roger had his own fan club. Two girls moved from Truro to London to be near Roger". They ended up being the staff members managing the fan club
Thanks for posting this. It used to be on RU-vid but was completely removed a long while ago. I read that Brian was not very happy with how the interview turned out but this WAS Howard's persona at that time. Brian didn't deserve this...but it was Howard being Howard.
Freddie was obviously a simp, i would never give everything i have to some woman, specially a woman like this one who doesnt even seem to care about him.
You guys are so amazing. You’re all legends, and you will be remembered forever in our hearts in our minds in our ears. Will hear you always. Our kids and our grandkids are aware of you thank you for everything.
Thank you for sharing this. Due to the fact my daugher-in-law had lost both her parents, at the age of 19, to AIDS due to her Mormon dad having elective back surgery and being given a transfusion of contaminated blood; he died first. Due to that, I made it a point to help the gay community since it was the gay community that helped my daughter-in-law's mom, after her dad died. They were incredible & to this day we're all grateful. Since I was a single working mom I had limited time but the college I worked for allowed me to add all my breaks together and I volunteered with Meals On Wheels for sick house bound gay men. Those were the nicest men. We were told just to leave their food for the weekend in outdoor ice chests, but one time I heard rumbling in a trailer so I knocked on the trailer door and this sad gay guy asked for a hug, which I gave him. Then he said, "You're one of God's angels." I'm petty sure God was laughing! Those gay men facing death gave me more than I ever gave them; they were scared but courageous. Then the volunteer group asked me to go to gay fair at UCI, I was a bit scared due so much misinformation about the gay community & I'm straight. Once I entered the fair, I found out it was a pack of lies, it was just same sex couples, many with kids having fun, and the biggest draw was square dancing, that's not over the top for anyone unless they live under a rock. If I remember correctly Freddie wanted nothing to do with the U.S. after dressing in women's clothing for one of Queen's songs and getting slammed in the U.S. for doing that. Freddie and Queen never toured the U.S. again after that incident. Love is love and "Love The Neighbor as Thy Self" does not have an exception list. BTW the odds are if you love theatre etc., the odds are a lot of the cast will be gay so if you're a bigot, you better make your own entertainment!
I think so too. What about queer or trans people who don't work in the arts? What about queer or trans people who have a nine-to-five office job? I would love to hear more about their experiences.
There is so much hate . They are human just like everyone. It is so sad that people can't get along & stop judging. No, one telling you you have to like it but respect & stop with all the gate. They have feelings & we can learn to live together. It has to be hard on them & being afraid to be open . The world came a long way & still has more to go. Remember they are human & just want to be loved & respected.
To be honest, I don't Freddie Mercury would appreciate being called "queer". He was his own man and his sexual orientation didn't change that he had a mind of his own and didn't want other people to define him.
Brilliant documentary much needed hopefully it will teach the haters a little bit of humanity. Adam explains and covers all aspects of the fight to get equality. What a great interviewer adam is could listen to him for hours. Well done Adam hope this is viewed for years to come truly groundbreaking.
too many people like to hate...pick on someone who may be a little different...I say live and let live...how does it hurt you if someone identifies as different from what you are? I believe LGBTQ+++++ are born that way....get on with your own life and just let it be...love is so much nicer than hate....
