Beautiful. I have so much love for these classic Conan performances from this era. So much quality. I remember moving to Colorado when I was 22, We jammed on this album so hard for those first several years. These songs always manage to take me straight back every time.

Love her voice. I was hooked the first time I heard this tune - 1990? 1991? I had a friend who DJ'd at WIDR - Western Michigan University radio station. He got Lamprey as a demo CD and brought it home to the band house. He also had Primus's Frizzle Fry on red vinyl. What a great time for music!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyone remember Trip Shakespeare?

Back when late night television had great bands performing on them.

Saw Bettie Serveert play in Central Park in NY in the 90s. Got their second album, Lamprey, which they were promoting at the time, been listening ever since. Very tasteful, dynamic, and powerful playing; and Carol's voice is just great. Many great songs by this band, check out: D. Feathers, Tell Me Sad, Auf Wiedersehen.
