mfw i'm getting emotional watching this? chat is this real?? so proud of you hibiscus, not only for running GDQ's best show for a whopping 3 years but also for being brave enough to throw yourself in as an applicant all that time ago 💙 (s/o to the 🔳 cameo)
Every time I replay this game and get to Launch Base Zone as Knuckles I always think about that Cybershell video where he talks about the kid dying from too much Axe body spray
GG!! Congrats on the sub-10! Wish I could have seen it live but I was in a real bad sleep cycle and ended up knocked out by that point! Hope to catch the next stream in its entirety!
That jump around 7s is completely frame perfect, not to mention that the falling spikes eats your jump inputs which makes it even harder to get the jump. Congrats on getting World Record.
Thanks! I do remember having fond memories of 17-19. Having gone off the games for a while and trying FC24, as cool as the game looks, Ultimate Team is super saturated and Career Mode hasn't taken as much as it could from The Journey. A series of many missed opportunities but ah well. Looking forward to seeing what 2K games do with the FIFA licensing next year. Could be exciting
@@hibnotix in my opinion for a soccer game to be good it has to increase or at least maintain the quality from it's predecessors (witch FC 24 haven't), have offline tournament mode (witch Efootball haven't). Have offline carrer mode or master League (witch Efootball again haven't), don't be gliched ( i don't have to write How good The games have been in this topic), little to no... What they call? Handicap? I think it's that. And about the realism. I think the realism should resum to satisfactory number of licenses and all of the rules of soccer being in the game. Nothing of goalkepper being able to touch the ball with his hands out of the area or away goals still in the game. The realism in gameplay though. As long as the player is able to make theoricly easier goals easier i think the gameplay should be arcade, cause i think it's more fun. Just do that and you'll have a great game in your hands
Is this an issue you've had before? I've had it happen during a marathon run but I think that was just a PS2 issue. It shouldn't happen on emulator or a regular working console.
@@hibnotix It happned on duckstation. Apparently duckstation runs the ps1 cpu at 33.87mhz but the ps1 cpu is 33.86mhz. If you underclocked it works, not sure how to do it on a ps2.
@@furball709 if this were any game other than Sonic 3, you might have a point. Sonic 3 is so broken that the game’s manual tries to pass off the many glitches as “devious traps” by Dr. Robotnik that may force you to wait for a time over or reset your console. Which isn’t to say it’s a bad game, I love Sonic 3, but it didn’t take extensive exploration by speedrunners for its many glitches to be glaringly apparent.
