Runing corpsickle while not using NCE make no sens to me, like i know cause he think it's a bad card , but it's actually not i was just finishing control games with this card like peopls don't expect huge burst at one time especify from DK who can do damages but per turns,i was killing some Ziliax warrior with this card like every turn corpsickle theyr faces and NCE to finish off and why youd run rainbow DK as well if it's not to use it's core main card the why we use the deck, i get the idea but still...
Sir NoHands, I'm still playing your excavate DK and winning against the new decks. Climbed from silver 5 all the way to diamond (1 star per win). I can manage against the warrior that summons tons of unkilliaxes, however the Highlander version of it is still OP. Im at 73% winrate with 54 and 20. Most of the losses were against warrior and some were early games where I was getting used to the deck. Waiting for the new season, as I should get more stars now and might try the pain warlock or elemental rogue. Thanks for the content and ideas! DK is still the best deck imo.
Sir NoHands, in my humble experience with this deck, I found Helya to be quite underwhelming. So I put my brain into thinking and replaced it with ETC. In the ETC, I put Helya herself, MCT and Sherriff. I'm also considering replacing the MCT with Yoddler for Reska shenanigans. I'm also considering putting Yogg instead of buster, though buster proved itself to be useful at times (at least for me). Another cut I'm considering is a copy of runes of darkness. Maybe put the Yogg there, though I'm not really sure yet if Yogg is needed. Thoughts?
@@icecreamcupcake437 Honestly, so far so good! Against mage and rogue I go with the Helya. There's no difference if you play it a turn or 2 later. It still provides the disruption. Sheriff proved quite useful against unkilliax and some titans. I've replaced the MCT with yoddler, but I am yet to use it. I've decided to keep the runes of darkness as they've come clutch. Still getting used to the deck, I'm 16 and 9. Some loses I could have avoided, others are against reno warrior and priest mostly (that's why I wanted yoddler there). Bottom line - Reno should be nerfed.
Man, I crafted this deck after 1,5 years away from standard. I'm winning like crazy. Too bad due to the long pause, blizzard only gave me 5 stars to climb :( But with this win rate, I could still hit legend if I play enough.

At 41:36 symphony was lethal with the minion buff, 6 damage to all (use your harp) or the 6 life-steal. 4 (Zil) + 6 (symph) + 2 (kill the geode with rush or table flip)
