MEANING IS FOUND ON THE DARKSIDE OF WORDS. The place where the ink hits the paper is devoid of light. The topside of a word is illuminated. This is what your eye sees and your ear hears. However, what your mind does is in the dark.

Try changing careers or moving somewhere new. Learn a new skill, find a trade job, or take some online courses. You'd be surprised where newfound passion can take you, including job opportunities that may lead to benefits. You could even move across the country to somewhere more affordable and quaint. It doesn't matter where you are in life, if you have two hands and two feet and drive to change something in your life, there is a way. Maybe people around you won't understand it, but if you know you need something different, that's what you need and you should pursue it. We currently live in an empire suffering from corporatism and coddling, and no matter where you run in this world, there will be political issues that bother us. Yet, just like any people before us thousands of years ago, we just learn to cope with our dreadful lords by finding some things to keep us idly entertained and inspired. It seems like the safe and easy thing to do compared to starting to burn things down and creating revolution. I'd encourage you to find a pulse on your passions. They do have meaning.
I am actually working in a new career field. It took me five years to get the job I currently have. I actually like doing what I am doing (when I subtract the authoritarian element out of the equation). I am good at most of the job requirements. However, I am in jeopardy of loosing this job, but due to my age and gender it would be difficult to land a position at another place of business. The primary problem I have had in my life is that I am an artist. And I actually don't want to be employed by other agencies. I have sold some of my fares but not enough to be financially independent.
