I just left the session in New York . I started out like I often do thinking, "I'm not doing this right or something". ???? LOL Not being skeptical but curious. So, I persisted in trying to get something out of this journey. I believe I'm ALWAYS in the right place at the right time. I wasn't thinking about anyone else and I think that's the great part of wearing mask. I had 3 major burst of emotions but the most profound part was when I started "speaking in tongues" or some ancient native language. The only other time this has happened to me was on a hike alone in Sedona Arizona. This is what let me KNOW this practice was bringing up some serious energy and connecting me to my past. I feel lighter, and it's a practice that I believe I could possibly do regularly. I'm still in taking it in mode now. But I've always believed breath work was beneficial to me. As a singer I do more breathing exercises than vocalizing.
If setting a boundary with your child means they won't fall out of the cart and crack their head open and live with effects of a concussion, or worse, the rest of their life ... then screw a reasonable chat with them. Our jobs as mothers is, bottom line, is keep our kids alive. You have no idea how many times that child tested that mother during that one shopping trip or during that complete week. This is spoken from someone who's seemingly male identified (so not a mom) and clearly not parent yet. I have a friend, whose three year-old daughter badgered her for minutes and minutes in the grocery store insisting the mom allow her to sit in the baby seat of the cart, one more time. She threw such a fit that my friend finally let her do it. But she hadn't started to put groceries inside the cart and the cart tipped over and knocked out four of her child's teeth. Guess what....NO is a complete answer. Sometimes negotiating with a child is more confusing for them than a simple no, sit down, put your seatbelt on, etc. Some issue with children are nonnegotiable. Whether there isn't time to explain the reasoning behind a simple no, no can save lives. It's hard for someone to go to a breath work workshop in the future if their mom or dad did not say no to them at some point in their past and they're dead because they ran out into the street, rode their bike without a helmet and cracked their head open, swim without a life preserver or an adult supervising them. The idea that your mom snapping at you for saying sit down in the cart is something you would be processing 20 years later is absolutely ridiculous. And even if it is still tormenting, someone, they can thank their mom that they're alive and in their adulthood to work on it, because that's what moms do… We are the ones that set the boundaries, we are the ones that set the rules, and we're the ones who have losing our child as our worst fear. School yourself buddy or become a dad and honor the woman who keeps your children alive by snapping and having the guts to say NO.
You seem to be defending mothers, but I also have seen many times where fathers lose their cool. I think kids of emotionally stable parents tend to be more emotionally stable themselves. One could argue it's genetic rather than environmental, but I feel for friends of mine who, for instance, are always scared to speak up, and then I meet their dad and see that he has anger outbursts, and then it makes sense, unfortunately.
Decided to take this randomly in college when the group showed up. Didn't know anything about this organization or the test and I passed it. I also got 100s on both ASVABs. It was very easy, easier than the ASVAB and I think it's a scam tbh. I flunked out of college and rebuild transmissions now. I've met a few members and they're dangerous people because they don't know how ignorant they are.
@@patricksavage242 In that case, if you have the resources, a premium ticket may be good for you because you're more likely to meet successful people in the restricted areas, like the private lunch or what not. Other than that, you probably would have liked Robert Herjavec's speech. I'd say make sure you're in your seat for the big name speakers.
Don't go around passing IQ tests...Focus on your objectives, work hard and try to attain them...A lot of high IQ individuals turn out to be unsuccesful in life
I don’t like the fact that when you go to his official facebook page he erases comments of people who share their honest experiences. Very few likes so I don’t know the truth.
I enjoy the comments in here of people who are so skeptical. You can listen to this video out of curiosity but then put a negative comment. Which shows that you have quite a bit of blockage in your body. I have been teaching Breathwork for quite some time and many people who are skeptical don’t have the full ability to open up and want to heal. Healing is a never ending journey.
Of course. Perfect example is that I met my podcast co-host at a Grant Cardone event. It's good to get around like-minded people and have the social skills to find the right connections among an event with hundreds of people.
@ExistenceFirst yes. I listened to both David Goggins audiobooks. They are different than regular audiobooks. Very good reads. I felt inspired while reading them, and afterwards. I highly recommend finishing the whole thing. I know some people that have only heard snippets, and think they know what he's all about from that, but there's so much more. He's very real, very raw, and very vulnerable. Let me know when you finish it.
@@josielopez0217 Yeah the first couple chapters were hard to get through because of all the trauma recounting, but I'll take your advice and keep going
Not only was this helpful, but I really enjoyed this video and they way you broke it down! I just saw the event come across my instagram and I was immediately interested! I’m goin! SUBSCRIBED ❤!
Thanks. Good to hear from you. Yeah, this particular video wasn't all that spiritual, but I think the psychological element to this video would be the value of openness and trying something as if it's no big deal versus being caught in the hesitation spiral fueled by thoughts of "Oh it's just gonna be a big sales pitch"
@@ExistenceFirst yes when we hold certain exceptions we often get disappointed! ❤️🔥 Today is the last day of Mercury retrograde, so hopefully there’s more openness for exploration all around! Adventure is out there! 👻
This isn’t new. My mom’s a trained facilitator in transformational breath work. I’ve done a session with her and it’s like a hyperventilating trip. She trained under Dr. Judith Kravitz. I think this guy is really trying to pack bodies in a to make big bucks. My mom only does small groups or one on one sessions.
I hear your point, so I should probably point out that Witaly multiple times said to the crowd that he didn't want to see them again--in the sense that he wanted them to be helped to such an extent that they would not need his services again. The way he delivered those statements also struck me as very genuine. That part actually was somewhat refreshing in a day and age when most service providers push a subscription model, which doesn't always turn out to be the best model for the customer. And the great irony of all this is that the attendees on each side of me were returning for their second time, haha. Maybe they didn't go back a third time, though.
My final thought ?? It was amazing experience! I was at the Witality event just recently, and I’m speechless !!! You gotta give in , and see what will happen!
I just returned from the session, and it wasn't for me at all. If you breathe fast in and out, you will feel dizzy, so there is nothing to be shocked. Do not pay your money if you don't believe in this stuff. Take a walk in the park, take a deep breath, and you will feel good.
Since the members of Mensa couldn't agree on what the group should be about, it just ended up officially being a social group where people with an IQ of 130 or more could hang out with each other. Of course, there are several cliques within it, and those can privately pursue whatever common goal they have.
@@ExistenceFirst just don’t have a need for it really. I do go and read things on Reddit from time to time and I will login to check my husbands accounts. Last I saw he didn’t even have married status on his profile we weren’t “friends” or following and he had taken down anything related to me. I just find social media a waste of time and a real killer of joy, the constant bombardment of comparison and the endless amount of self absorption (all just negative things imo). I rather read books. Still haven’t gotten the last book you’ve reviewed but still want too. 26w pregnant can’t work from the physical strains so bills have fallen behind a few months. Just focusing on the present and my own self care.
Liability and assumption of risk. Example: agreeing that you understand breathwork can result in headache, dizziness, etc. and that's it's not meant as a medical or psychological care.
@@safak7280 I remember my arms being tingly. I can't remember any dizziness. The good part is that ultimately everyone chooses for themselves how hard to breathe in and out, so you can push your body if you want to, but if you get uncomfortable you can just choose to do the breaths at a less intense level and no one will know.
Exactly how it happen to me in canada. Whent to the event, it is a lot of bullshit and not so much breathwork Also he yelled at peoples for getting up to pee as if a humain being needed permission to go to the toilet. Somes listened only to run to the toilet 20 minutes after waiting as asked. He kept speeking even 20 mins after that XD
I took the supervised British Mensa IQ tests on the 2nd of July, 2016. I scored in the 'High Average' range. So far from 'Gifted' level. I admire highly intelligent people, as long as they are not nasty, but lol, I'll certainly never have the status of philosopher at the International Society for Philosophical Enquiry.
Yes, I love when I'm talking with an intelligent person and can tell they are tracking with whoever is talking and can respond with something that makes a lot of sense
Just to comment on the correction. We were told the left side sensations you feel will represent the female and the right side male past traumas. I did experience pain on my left side. My "intent" which you maybe forgot to mention is important part of what you will focus your healing session to help you with..anyway, my intent was regarding better female relationships with family and females in general. I experienced pain on left side of my forehead and later sharp pains in my left side ribs below my breast. Pain didn't last long but in ribs was enough I was inclined to try to massage it away. I attended my first session Oct 2023 here in Toronto Canada, his first time coming to offer his session in Canada, btw❤. He came back last month in November 2023 and I was excited to go back. Although the yelling, crying, laughing was strange we understood early on that the class was a place without judgement and respecting one another and the process. Second time I went there were many more men in attendence. Awesome to see. If I didnt have such a deep and meaningful experience I would not have went back. After the session, as was explained, it was days and weeks later I was still discovering clarity and healing. I reccommend Witality to everyone.❤
00:31 - "One my favorite entrepreneurs Tai Lopez". Instant stop, laugh and block channel. Just goes to show IQ is not a good measure of intelligence. I can think of few people less deserving of respect.
the guys a scammer he uses psychological to manipulative questions along with his paid actors ....when you do breathing exercise you deprive your self of oxygen and it temporary gives you a relaxing high, the guy didn't have a awakening if he wanted to do good he would be doing it for free you see his gaining a benefit from doing it so there's a sales tactic there.....his business attracts the weak minded woman that you normally alone or in need of desperate council as ask yourself why he cant get people like me there? im not stupid i see pass his bs and this is bs what he does....there's nothing new here as people been doing this since the early 70s its just he comes along in a time where this age of people really are the "yes people" using social media to boost his marketing and get people to all believe enough to pay $120 its a lot when you have over 100 people...this man is a scammer do not buy in to the events and treat him as a smart market scammer.....people don't be fools to 1 mans claims you can spend $120 on counselling that are trained for your problems
I went to the one in Anaheim. It didn’t do anything for me but made more drained and tired after. The screaming is a bit exaggeration because some of them seems to be already put in there to put those acts to increase the level of how people who are going through something so bad they can easily connect. He can instruct and also be charming because of his good sense of humor. I didn’t connect to him at all and all the playlist he had on the music were pop sad songs and I get it it’s a good way to trigger and go into a zone of sadness together with trigger questions I believe this works when you are currently going through a breakup, loss and or inability to understand your current emotions. I’m happy to see my friend felt good and it made her feel relieved after the session. I see it more that he wants to rise up the kundalini process but I don’t think it works. It works for those who have not fully understand how energy really works. I support him regardless and maybe a few more training he will be able to be more effective in connecting genuinely to the masses. Marketing is amazing especially having the paid actors there and commentators for the price I believe it should be lesser than that. I interviewed 10 people by the bathroom and they also experienced what I experienced (purely breathwork exercise)Wish Witality the best and he shouldn’t not advise people to not try Ayuyashca or any other forms of spiritual practices that will be conflicting to his practices and business as a side note he says at the end of the session which I find Odd and uncalled for.I believe people can try other alternatives open for them that is available and has been practiced by shamans and natives many years older than him that people can benefit to. 5/10 for me I did much better when I visit a native shaman and really felt he connected to the higher source and didn’t have to go through 3 hrs of session and used natural sounds and essence.
@@ExistenceFirst 146.35 for the Glia Society and 190 for the highly exclusive Giga Society, which has seen only 11 members in the span of 30 years so far. Regular tests don't measure that high, so tests with much more difficult questions are used and there is no actual time limit, because the questions are challenging enough. One learns where his absolute limit to raw intelligence is regardless the speed factor. There is a testing fee, though, but the membership for the Socities are free.
@@ExistenceFirst there are some interviews with them on In-Sight Publishing. However, most of them are very busy in real life and are hardly active within their small socities.
I think he is going to do well in his business. He seems very genuinely interested in delivering a beneficial experience for the customer, and his marketing is strong.
I'm happy that you had an interesting lecture and Q&A talk. Thank you for sharing the bullet points with us. I totally agree with your tip to think of a very good formulated question before going to the location and I would recommend to enter the location pretty early because then your question is more likely to be seen and gets more upvotes (as more and more people come in, more and more questions get posted on the platform and your question might get lost in the mass - only the top voted questions are considered to be answered). I've attended his tour in June 2022 because I'm a big fan of him and wanted to see him in a live show. I expected to get a lecture there, but there was no lecture. There was just 1,5 hours of Q&A and the questions they chose to answer didn't appeal to me at all, so it was already a bit disappointing. After that, the Meet&Greet took place in which everyone of the ~ 70 people lined up to shake his hand and take a photo with him (they prohibited talking to him and also prohibited autographs). I understand that they don't want to waste his time but it felt like everything happened in a big rush. After the photo session he spoke to the smaller audience for about 20 minutes about three more questions which were chosen randomly (what was a pity again because the questions referred just to personal problems of the three individuals). All in all my tour-experience was very disappointing, I would have liked to get a lecture, a photo, an autograph and a few seconds to talk to him, but the only thing I got was the photo and a Q&A session I didn't like.
Great point about getting the questions in early. Bummer that your 2022 experience wasn't all you had hoped...I wonder if they made improvements over time because of feedback
I've done Wim Hof breathing only once at a Tony Robbins event and it was a long time ago...I'd say with the Witality event I remember just heavy breathing and not as much arm movement like with the Wim Hof stuff, but I'd defer to anyone who has done more Wim Hof than I have
When he openly admits that he shouldn’t give advice to people … why should anyone feel that it’s a good idea to “take advice” from Jordan? While USING his license as a psychologist on social media to become a millionaire by giving advice to people all over the world concerning how they should live their lives … Jordan Peterson (without so much as an apology) now has the audacity on the social media podcast THE MONSTER OF SELF-GUILT … to utter the following words … “Yeah well, one of the things you learn if you are a clinician and you have any sense, is, also, is also why you don’t offer people advice. But I don’t know what the hell you should do. Like maybe you and I could figure it out together with some really careful thought, but I can’t … most people are in situations that are sufficiently complex, so that I can’t … casual advice is just not helpful. I mean there is a real arrogance in that. The same arrogance as judgement, like.”
There are different types of advice. The type "don't do this" / "do it like that" is bad advice and has a very low chance of being implemented. This is why psychologists never give advice of that kind and I'm pretty sure he referred in the quote you posted to exactly that. The goal is to lead a patient with questions and little hints into a direction that works for the patient. Therefore the patient needs to figure out for himself what works for him.
@@MaxLechthaler What advice DO you believe Jordan gave to people in his "private practice?" For instance ... if someone came in to his "private practice" and mentioned being transgender ... do you believe Jordan would have offered the following advice to that person ... that he in turn offered to his millions of followers on social media? Following are Jordan’s Peterson’s extremely hurtful words (verbatim) … “Gender identity and gender expression are not valid ideas. They are not true. There is no evidence for it. I don’t know what the options are, if you don’t identify as a man or a woman. There is an idea that there’s a gender section. I think that is an ill-informed opinion. Gender identity and sexual orientation are the same thing. I don’t believe these people, these terms, stand for good things. I think these people use these terms as a pretense that they stand for good things; as a pretense for them to carry on their nefarious activities.”
@@junevandermark952 The quote you posted is a statement, not advice. I don't know the context in which he said this, but I'm pretty sure he wouldn't tell this to a patient in his practice. I think if someone who thinks he or she might be transgender came into Dr. Peterson's practice and mentioned that thought, Dr. Peterson would firstly be sceptical of this self-diagnosis and secondly would ask questions to figure out what the problem of this person is exactly in order to be able to help him or her.
@@MaxLechthaler To help a person who is transgender, would be to first believe that the person IS transgender. And Jordan doesn't believe that people ARE transgender. He would be a danger to such people. In January Jordan claimed on “The Joe Rogan Experience” podcast that being transgender is a result of a “social contagion” and similar to “satanic ritual abuse,” and suggested that acceptance of the trans community is a sign that “civilization’s collapsing.”
