Personal opinion of course, but the wanton song sounds miles better tuned down. This is grungy, groovy and powerful. Wish Plant would do this one in concert again.
Found this video years ago and always come back to it. Still haven't listened to the original version, but hers is friggin awesome! She's such a great musician, singer and songwriter, not to mention cute as hell also.
Remember hearing this song on the radio back in '05 when I was only 9 at the time. Still love this song almost 20 years later love her emotion especially at the end of the chorus on the line '' you're, the other side, of the world, to me'' when she goes high on the notes plus her technique on the guitar is flawless great performance
Never seen this recording before. Remember going to the concert tho. Had double booked and had a ticket for Katy Perry in Manchester on the same night. Driving to Manchester coz that ticket cost about three times as much, but couldn’t do it. Went to see Kate instead and it was a fantastic night. First time I saw Kate without the band, she was amazing.
