Ecoflow custom support is pathetic. I had this problem for a long time the told me to update it 3. Something and it will be ok. How do you update 3. Something from 5. Something. I had the same problem. So I plug in a 100w solar panel what I used on my Jackery’s. Oh every time I got this message was from overnight waking up to 0.00 when the night before with nothing plugged into it was always over 60% mostly in the 80%. I plug in a solar panel and instantly 80% back on my screen. So I bought the latest 400w solar panel comes in two HUGE 200w panels. Only one fits my 6 birth MotorHome but wow is it amazing don’t need nothing else. So now if this stupid error code comes in I just pull out the solar panel and put it back in. On contacting EcoFlow the told me to update I wrote back many times to get no reply. Being the IDIOT I am I bought the new Alternator for my EcoFlow Delta Pro yippee well except there is no inlet to fit the plugs from it. If I move to America I will be fine because ther Delta Pro 3600w comes with the adapter. EcoFlow support won’t answer any of those questions or emails. Great video thanks for sharing Ray K UK 🇬🇧 YNWA.
Thanks for sharing your experience, sounds like a lot! Hopefully they figure out how to improve this process in future products as it sounds like it's a common issue unfortunately :( Have been so happy with their products outside this experience, though!
Looks good, I like the no drill/ lite weight. 10 year warranty is good as most will not keep an rv more then a couple years. Lot of solar options these days, I like that yours is not permanent and can be removed.
For sure! Our RV is a 2002 so lightweight was super important to us. All of our panels combined weigh roughly 35lbs. With traditional panels it would have been 300lbs!
They don't last. You could get ONE commercial grade 465 watt panel for 220 buck at a local solar panel wholesaler, that will have a much higher efficiency rate and last over 20 years, instead of just a couple years. I see room for 4 of those panels, bringing you 1800 watts.
You can get used ones that are only at 90% of their lifespan for $85 at santan solar. Not to mention that ecoflow is a TERRIBLE use of funds compared to say the stuff from EG4. Modern solar is too much like Lego to be using the wrong things.
We did consider this but we wanted to prioritize low weight on the roof since it's an older RV (2002) and a no drill install to prevent leaks. BougeRV also has a 10 year warranty on these panels which is plenty for us!
We did look at SanTan but for this RV these panels made the most sense for us for the weight and no drill install. This Ecoflow was a great purchase for us as we got a refurbished unit from Ecoflow which was 50% off from their retail price which made it by far the most affordable battery system for our use.
Facebook marketplace! I've done this for close to 10 years and have never had an issue! Just know how to identify a scammer: e.g. wants to pay by bank order, claims is overseas so asks to ship item prior to payment, etc.
Hi I ordered 2000 sq feet of dusk cherry 22mill but I’m so torn with hybrid lifeproof lovington oak .. how are you likening the dusk cherry ! Does the floor feel Premium ?
No seal? I was hoping by watching this video I would be able to do it my self but didn't show putting on a seal so water doesn't leak inside or the wiring so I totally give this video 10 👎
The only thing that I see bad in that video is it is Michigan I have family that lives there and will not go to visit them you're welcome to come to my home but I will not never ever crossed the state line into that dump granted there is some beautiful scenery especially in the u p but it's still Michigan and the blue takes the beauty out of the state
Not sure why everyone keeps asking about the electrical, you just unplug the old unit from the bottom assembly and plug in the new one. Very simple. A child could do it!
Always aim for 10. Like Tom Platz said, 5% is where the magic is at. Don’t kill yourself working out either but never go home feeling like you had even 1 more rep with good technique left in you.
How did you connect the wires? After watching your video which saves me $800 cause it helps me install the roof unit. But now I’m trying to wire the thermostat from analog to digital. And i have no clue. I’m replacing the Coleman with advent.
