@@TadjeddineBenkhelifa As revealed in the first game, the Scientist was working for the Globex Leader all along. Then, it seemed more like he was forced into this deal. Here tho, he is revealed to be actually the one pulling the strings, or at least after some years of working together, his wicked part found its way up, and became an equal to the Globex Leader, aiming to overthrow him - a goal in which he succeded. The main character, us, kills the Globex Leader by shooting him off his big ass robot, and the Scientist goes back into hiding again. With Mr. Mustache out of the picture, he now has all the power over Globex, and access to its tech. He reactivates the satelite that controlls the clones, and it is also revealed that he most likely took in some of that toxin from the first game, so his eyes are now glowing red like his predecessor's. He then swears to continue what he helped to "stop" recently - Globex on its way to controll the word, but under his new leadership. I hope you get it now:)
