You talk a lot of shit with no means to back it up. Pull ups are way harder doing them with weights and it actually increases your ability to do more pull ups.
Do you know how to do pull ups or tricep dips? Go full length and go for form over weight and reps. That is how you actually push yourself instead of doing crappy ones with a lot of weight. You look like you just got into lifting if you do that and people respect form over weight just as much so focus on form.

Here's something my dad taught me! my grandpa was in the navy during Nam .and his father was a Commander actually in WW2 they say if you want to take a whole fleet down firstly make sure u do it at night and u make wire traps(MAKE SURE IT'S CLEAR WIRE) around the door when there all moving in make sure u make 2 wires one for the trip and the 2nd to break the neck in the middle while there zoning in make sure you use this to ur advantage 😂. This is a great method for upcoming wars!
Man i surely dont like the run in locate method. It seems as if its a hail mary, sacrificial move. In which id truly not want to be the first three before the retreat order was called out from behind me.
