Answering Paradigm Shifters by Nana Gyesie question on: "How does one stay conscious with our dreams?" Bhante Buddharakkhita's answered on the above question as follow: "The more mindful we are the more conscious we become. However, night dreams happen when we are fast asleep, not mindful . We will miss a lot of the dreams. So, Mindfulness might help us in remembering the dreams when you wake up, but not while dreaming." Hope this answer helps :)
Answering Agnes Chj question on : "How will one know for oneself if they have grasp the knowledge of Dhamma correctly? Is it when one has lesser defilement and sufferings, one is on the right track?
