I like this video because even though there is the UK/British accent, the over-pronunciation of H (haytch) does not happen here. I've lived nearly 60 years not hearing "haytch" and so I think it is a recent invention/addition to the crazy British accent phenomenon. I call it a phenomenon because when British singers sing, the accent disappears completely! (similarly when people sing US country music they develop a southern accent where none of little is present when speaking) so much fakery in speech... triggers the autistic reaction

Talk was interesting and informative. However, we live in video era and an actual typical physical hookup would be more valuable than to just watch you sit there and talk.😊

Just listen to how dumb this video is. You said if the problem persist just unplugged it and plug it back in again. But the very definition of “persist” means that it will happen again, so you have not solved the problem. The problem is not the single occurrence, the problem is the repeated occurrence. So this video is absolutely positively useless. You do not know how to solve this problem - the reoccurrence, so don’t make a video.

I just came across this need from a rather niche situation I doubt anyone else is doing, but I have the Accsoon Seemo, which I'll use to connect my mirrorless camera's clean output to my phone in order to livestream it, problem is that it's a photo demonstration, and the camera does not push audio in photo mode, and the Accsoon Seemo doesn't have a separate audio input and it also cannot work with a Lightning audio splitter, and I want to use a separate microphone. My only option is an hdmi embedder. I'm only curious why they all require power, I figure there shouldn't be signal loss from combining these two inputs.

As always with greed-based, ripoff corporations -- their ACTUAL CUSTOMERS may be forced to replace not only older HDMI cables, but also expensive items like A/V receivers. And yet this "protection" -- while costing consumers a fortune -- will aways get instantly worked around by large-scale, systematic thieves. Greed X Stupidity = Global Corporate Monopolism. MEH -- squared. ("Great" for mountains more of [slightly] older electronics getting sent to landfill, too.)

I have an issue where when my mini fridge compressor kicks on i lose video signal from my TV. Ive spent at least a year searching for a solution with no success. I unfortunately cant switch outlets due to living situation being quite small. Only my 2nd smaller older TV does this when playing my retro consoles on it. Anyone have any tips or tricks to fix this issue?

First, Thank you for this question and answer format. My question is; I have a Denon HEOS Link. I've had it for a few years, and it works great for streaming my music through my Home Theater Processor (Rotel RAP-1580mkii). The issue I'm having is, I've recently purchased a cd player. I was streaming the HEOS through the cd port of the Processor. Now that I have connected the cd player, I was going to move the HEOS to another available port on the Processor like; phone, XLR, or PC. Unfortunately, none of those properly satisfy the connection for the HEOS. I have several available HDMI ports on the processor that are available, but I'm not sure exactly what kind of converter I should be purchasing to connect the Optical out of the HEOS and convert it the HDMI of the processor. Here is a link of the converter I'm thinking will work, but I'm not sure? www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B5X652MM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Alternatively, I was also looking at the following converter also; www.amazon.com/gp/product/B084T4QDFP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Will either one work, or am I completely on the wrong track? Help!

If you live in a country where the state has a monopoly on radio broadcasting, can you use an induction loop as a transmitter and connect a telecoil to the back of the stereo for a receiver?

Panasonic no longer sales TVs in the US. Panasonic is my favorite electronics manufacturer and the brand I like most. Panasonic still sales 4K UHD monitors in the US. I don't want a Smart TV in my home. I find the menu navigation tedious and hate all the bloated software that comes pre installed in modern Smart TVs. I have an external tuner and multiple devices with all the streaming apps such as Netflix and Amazon built in. I like everything regarding commercial displays that you just mentioned. I don't mind the additional cost of commercial displays. Is there any reason why I can't use a large commercial display for my home entertainment?

I bought an HDMI splitter. To go from my Xbox 360 to my TV and also to a capture card. It intermittently switches off and on. The cables work well individually, so it's nothing to do with my cables. Set at 1080p so it has nothing to do with my resolution. I'll just contact the Chinese seller I bought the HDMI splitter from.
