DRB has some of the nicest floor plans with lots of square footage. What's disappointing is the craftsmanship and lack of storage in their large homes. I visited the subdivision this past weekend and was disappointed in the 3 homes I toured. This very home has uneven brick on the patio on the brick water table with several other issues. When the craftsmanship isn't so good, it leads me to think about what might be going on behind the walls.

What I didn't like is that they had the opportunity to show us the full first level, but decided to pass right by the hall and proceed up the stairs. Should we assume that there was a garage there, or a space for storage? Why leave us guessing? 🙋♂
These builders have to stop this. These homes in the community look like their playing Tetris. No character whatsoever. Just the same old template over and over and asking astronomical prices. There is no WOW factor to the presence of these homes. Just look at them, basic and blocky. There's too much of this going on in Atlanta. Every community seems to be sharing the same blueprints that are being built. I've seen about so many new communities around metro Atlanta and all the homes look exactly alike. Not charming at all.
I had a great time filming and editing this property tour video for you! feel free to connect with me or reach out to me! I can't wait to be your lifetime realtor 😀

Honestly love this floor plan! My wife are very interested in this community. What are you’re honest thoughts on South Fulton, we are coming out of state and have heard mixed reviews.
South Fulton like a lot of Atlanta areas have good areas and not so good areas. But since south Fulton is so broad I would have to show you the best parts. This community is in a good area not far from the camp creek marketplace which is a popular marketplace and the Airport.
Dan Ryan can try rebranding itself as DRB if it wants to but all you have to do is look at testimonials (including YT) to know why you should NOT mess with a Dan Ryan home in ANY state. From every problem ranging from inadequate insulation, missing or paid for options not being installed, grading issues, etc - YOU NAME IT - Dan Ryan is known for it! It’s not surprising that they would start building in a market that is predominantly AfAm because they’re hoping that we won’t do our research or will simply cross our fingers because we’re more desperate for ANY house than one that’s built well! Bottom line is, the only way you could do worse than Dan Ryan would be to buy a Ryland home! #RealTalk #No_seriously
Honestly I think the best built homes are custom built. Because it does sometimes feel like a factory with bigger builders. Everyone has their preference and if it’s a starter home then it works out.
Agreed partially. They also take care of all the other proprieties exterior including paint. So it’ll prevent everyone else’s home value from depreciating Id actually like to hear more from you - I think this place is worth purchasing. Main thing i don’t like is the closeness of the homes. Also grass do become dormant during the winter… so the $200 won’t all go towards the cutting of grass
Sometimes homes are priced based on more than square footage. In this case it’s location. I get it though home prices have inflated so much over the past few years.😮
Beautiful house; but, cost toooo much money; over a half million dollars for the house after taxes and other fee's of the seller's and or the bankers; and plus persons would be responsible for maintaining inside of the house, outside the house connections, and paying money monthly for water, gas and or electricity.↗Seems that the cost of many houses has doubled while some seem to have trippled; I'm not looking to buy a house, but, if I had the money to do so to pay all money on house upfront would do that because I believe person's going by the bank mortgage is highway robbery.↗No disrespect; I'm just being honest.
