I know it waaaaaay to late. At the time it was a 9 plate setup or the prototype Slingshot from GP Engineering. It’s got a different setup now but hasn’t had any real life testing as of yet. All put together, just no time to run it. Don’t have that chassis anymore either. It’s in a full chromoly rigid chassis now.
It’s actually an LT500r bottom end modified to fit the Liger cylinder. Only 2 maybe 3 that were ever done by an engine builder in Washington state. As far as I know. It’s the largest bore liger cylinder (102.5mm) so it’s a 684.9 cc. I call it 685
I removed the upper motor mount from the frame completely. Got a cool head o ringed and set a custom done to run alky with proper squish. The rear ears were already welded and built up. Had a rm250 bearing with billet thrust washers. Modded piston. Had it re-sleeved back to standard bore and reported it. Q 2.0 pipe, v2 reeds, override, 48mm Lectron alky and a pump.

Like the truck and the concept, but how much fun is it when the inside lane wins every time? That makes winning a matter of lane choice, not truck or driver ability. I want to like this sport, but it's luck of the draw at best in the final outcome; all else being mostly equal.

lets wait and see what times it will turn before we call it fast. the pipe is made by Sheare Custom Pipes. An inframe pipe isnt available for this bike. its a Liger cylinder adapted to an LT500 bottom end. 685cc
Dont really have alot of room so I cant let it all out, or I would run into the woods. The first run bogged a little b/c the launch rpms were low. The second run I resolved that problem but then shifted to early, therefore giving it a little hicup.
