The template editor is very nice but there is unfortunately a hugh difference between the Design in the editor and the inbound email. Even the fontsize is different.

hi, in the inbox view, I see my cases. is it possible to configure the content of this view? like I want to display the cases for the team not only the case of the user. and is it possible to display something more than the cases? like a custom entity. thanks.
