I found some beautiful plans online that I would love to buy one day. I’m not worried about it yet because well I don’t have the land yet. That would make a great home studio.

What you have built is absolutely stunning! Lots of hard work and patience, impressive you all did this on your own as well. Where are you located? Is it in Europe or somewhere else? Again, bravo on the gorgeous dojo, looks like something I would like to build in my own garden as well.

Hello Roderick, sorry for my late reply only just noticed these notifications as still new to youtube channel. Iam still working on a video which shows from start to finish. I have always had a desire to build a Dojo given the chance as i have always had an interest in oriental design and also martial arts. I proudly hold a shodan ( 1st dan ) rank in Kyokushinkai Karate which was many years ago now as since then i have been practising Tai Chi in its pure original form, by that i mean not just the graceful exercise which is most people's view of it but the understanding of its original martial art applications. @@stefanmai5703 Thank you so much for your reply Stefan. The reason I asked you is because, in my wildest dreams, I'd like to build a Dojo in a future house that is still to come. The idea came when, after moving from Venezuela to Canada, the school of Karate that I've followed, the teachings that goes back to the Shudokan dojo of Toyama Kanken, is not available in this side of Canada. I have started to train by myself, opening a little space in the living room, and placing on it a little Shomen to practice. I've also being introduced to Okinawan Kobudo, again, back in Venezuela, and certain weapons for practice are banned by law in Canada, so, my only option, or at least the best one, is to slowly, steady, build a Dojo for me. I'd like to keep in touch. It is really exciting how was your process, and if you let me, it is also an inspiration to build one for me from scratch Thank you again Stefan Roderick
