* Please stop moving your mouse around so much, it's almost impossible to follow. * Please make the mouse icon bigger, at the size it is it's almost impossible to see especially when it's zipping around so much. In fact the whole screen is too small. It's mostly blurry making it almost impossible to see the very small labels and titles on you which you are clicking. * Please have a script that you follow so that your steps are logical and not all over the place. Remember, you know this stuff inside out, while some of us are encountering it for the first time. Have a scriptwriter write a concise, clear script that a non-tech person can understand, and stick to it. No ad-libbing. * Please breathe between sections, it's exhausting having this rapid continual voiceover. It feels as if we're being bombarded with rapid-fire information that seems to be repeated in different ways so it's unclear what we need to be doing. Or have a black screen with white text as headings between sections. Or, even better.... * Please make separate videos for each section rather than one looooooooong video. One clear (visually and instructional - step 1, click on...) video how to add a different background on each song's slide set would be really nice. While you do talk about backgrounds and foregrounds the explanation of how to add different backgrounds to different songs within one service didn't seem to be there. Still have no idea on how to do that. STILL. And I've been trying to find out for over 2 hours! Nearly every link you provide on how to apply a background comes up as an error when you click on them. Not useful.
Is it possible to put specific chords for bass? In our chords inside the church we used to mark the chords for bass in blue and the chords for the rest of the instruments in red
Charts does not have separate designations for bass chords. You can type it as, for example, [C/G] in the ChordPro or your bassist can use annotations to mark in their chords.
Planning attachments are for file-sharing between team members. These are not part of the service order and can only be accessed in Planning. Any media you intend to share with the audience on the screens should be imported directly to Presenter. The Presenter Media Library will sync across computers.
When creating slides, how do you split text into multiple pages. In our current software you place the cursor where you want the split to occur and then press [ALT-ENTER]. The program then puts the following text into a new slide. How is that achieved in Presenter?
Did you change the name of your apps? I don't see ChordPro in the app store made by your team. Also, how did you get the app to be on a laptop screen? (I thought you could only download it on phones or iPads).
Hi! The name of the app is "Charts." ChordPro is a type of chord chart formatting used within the Charts app. The web version is accessible at charts.worshiptools.com/
How do we get chordpro into songbook pro? I just created a song in songbook and copied and pasted the chordpro i created. Is that right? Can we increase and decrease the size? Can i change the key?
First, go to Settings > Interface and select "Transparent" so your editor is brighter. Then, when adding content to the service, always apply a white background image. You can find one for free under the "Stills" section of the Media Library. You can also set it as the default in the Settings
agreed, time stamps would be helpful. Also, for a person such as myself, who has no familiarity with the app, the screen is way too small (or blurred) to see what you are doing, combined with the speed at which you go, makes it challenging to grasp all of the content. Also, a bit more explanation on what you are doing would be helpful. I always say, if you are presenting to the lowest common denominator - pretend you are presenting to your grandfather - then your rate of success would be greater. Having said this, please know that I appreciate what you "have" done, i appreciate your knowledge and expertise, and all of this is helpful. Please take my feedback as if coming from your great grandfather.
