I watched the english version of the movie, I wish I had watched the japanese version. but regardless this movie was beautiful, and I'm glad that I watched it. thanks a lot for making this
Because, while listening to the song, parts of it reminded me of Astro, like: "In a cracked mirror, I stared at a reflection of my past self" which worked perfectly for Astro and Tobio. And: "If you so wish He’ll come to your aide with everything he has For now, fear nothing And be the only one to understand the meaning of pain" Fits perfectly with his heroic side. So yeah, I thought it went well with his character.
Astro Boy Series are such truly a fairy tale of space, science, future, industry, technology, magical powers of future science, robots&humans, etc. When I saw Osamu Tezuka's 'Astro Boy Atom' TV series and movies, it actually feels like and truly fits to Walt Disney (Fantasies / Fairy Tales / Characters / Etc.) Studios.
