Excellent explanation sir. But I have a doubt. How is 1000-100+1 = 899?? I calculated it and it came 901. May be I am wrong. But if possible plz clear my doubt sir. It's a humble request sir🙏
@@akankshaverma6016 Thank you so much for the reply dear. But still I am confused. Plz read the problem again. It says 1000-100+1. Which means 100 is negative here. And the DMAS you are speaking about can be simplified as 1000+1-100... Becoz the two positive numbers are 1000 & 1 and not 100.
@@akankshaverma6016 you cannot consider -100 as 100 by assumption. It has to be calculated the way it has been given. Ex: -100+1 = 99. You just can't take -100 as 100 and calculate it as 100+1 = 101
Dear viewer, Yes, you are right. In the first method, when we calculated the numbers manually, we have taken the numbers from 101 upto 999. Thus, 1000 and 100 are not be included among the desirable numbers. So, the short-trick formula = 999 - 101 + 1 = 899. Hope, it resolves your doubt. If you have any further queries, please post them here. Keep watching, keep learning! Regards.
