Van Conversion, then Travels in Foxy the Van. Join us as we convert our 2017 Renault Master into a Campervan, which we have named Foxy. Once converted, and even before it's finished, we'll be hitting the road for various trips out for maybe just one night, or even a fortnight.
Common problem is the bottom uj on the column it will likely return, infact im replacing my trafic uj as its returned so just going to replace as grease in bearings dry out causing your exact problem, but for future reference the big rubber grommet where column goes through the floor should give better access and litterally a 2 second job pull it out and with straw on wd40 nozzle, jobs a good un lol
I’m sure you’ve sorted it by now. But I think I saw somewhere that the 30amp charger is too big for lead acid battery. Maybe that’s why the settings weren’t there in the app. I think an 18amp charger may have been more suitable. I may be wrong.
Hi Ben. I bought this particular model on the advice of the supplier, who knew exactly what system I had in place. He told me exactly what settings to put it on after I contacted him for advice. 10 months on, and it's working a treat. the battery has never failed us, and we have just been away 4 nights, and used it all the time. You can actually buy a centre stand for the tv which attaches where you would screw in a wall mount. Amazon have them. A lot of tv’s have legs akimbo which is no good for a shelf in the caravan. We have just been looking for a larger caravan tv/dvd combi - as you say dvds are useful when away and no signal. Love watching old box sets when away.
We were at Blue Dolphin near Filey at the end of May this year and were there last year as well. Did Monday to Friday and went for the Hideaway option which means you don't get to go in the showbars, swimming pools etc. It's even cheaper and is great for exploring the North Yorkshire coast and having a place to lay your head when you get back at the end of the day. Sadly, this year it rained - a lot - so it wasn't as enjoyable as the year before. The weather makes such a difference. The last time we went to Lakeland was 1997, another trip could be on the cards.

@@anothercampervanchannel Aye they're not cheap are they, but I use mine for work all the time, so it pays for itself thankfully. A little microphone is essential too I think.
Our caravan has lots of high level cupboards and we had the same problem with stuff falling out, especially after travelling. I bought a load of Curver plastic baskets. Variety of sizes and colours, I have pale green woven design. Cheap from everywhere.
When we were away in the van I only ever drank bottled water. Van water was ok for washing or filling the kettle but I drink a lot of water so need to know it’s ok
I've never had a problem until now, but I deffo clean it out before every trip these days. I have since discovered that sugar free sweets are the things that were giving be terrible tummy problems, and since I've stopped eating them, I've had no bother at all :) Thank you for watching by the way :)

I have made the holes already to cut the roof, but having second thoughts now after reviewing your video. Is this roof vent very bad ? I bought it less then one month. Thanks
Hi there, and thanks for watching. It's actually been ok for the last six months or so, and hasn't come open at all, but it did do it for a couple of months or more. Maybe it was all a bit stiff, and it's just worked itself right. Maybe give it a little spray with WD40 and wiggle it about. I wouldn't worry about fitting it, apart from make sure you have got all the filings off the roof properly, cause it has caused tiny little rust marks on mine.
The empire state building is the hotel bali. Poniente side of benidorm is so much better than Levante side its more Spanish with great bars and restaurants, and if you carry on to the end you can turn up and end up in cala finestrat which is a gorgeous place . The old town has so many lovely places to eat and drink you will never be able to do them all, I've been going to benidorm for over 24 years and it always surprises me.
Ah we missed all of those nice places then, but we only had three days to see it all. Like you said, it’s such a massive place. I guess we will just have to go again 😀 Thank you for watching and commenting 😀

Got the same tv, we just use a Bluetooth speaker plugged into the headphone jack as you are right, the audio is shocking. Try turtle covers for your seat covers.

@@martinquinn9007 Yeah it was awful. The staff were really nice to try and get you in the place, but once you were in, they just wanted you to hurry up and get out. Well that's how it felt anyway.
If that’s your budget you have been mugged payed way too much for your meals. There is so. Meany great restaurants in Benidorm and a good price. The entertainment is amazing. Ive been going 2 Benidorm for years and still hvnt found every place.
Great video. That violinist is a scammer, they aren't even playing. Walks around benidorm with that same song going constantly. The woman doesn't even have a baby in the pram.
It gives you more money to use the hotel just to sleep & spend the savings on the beautiful delights that Benidorm has to offer 😊 use your room for sleeping & washing 😊😊 the rest of the time your view can be stunning !!

No inverter, because everything is 12 volt. An inverter changes it to AC, so you can use normal household electrical appliances. I use an EcoFlow power station for that stuff. Thanks for watching.
Got an NV400 Foxy ...first thought it was power steering ...so had pump replaced , but to no avail ...turns out it was the steering rack , so had it replaced ...all good 👍

@@foxystravels at 12:00 the sun shines straight to my window, but I can't set the panel with proper angle, just 90 to the ground. May I ask you to set your panel at midday with the 90 angle and check the wattege?
