Fulltime van life: Come with me, and explore free camping in the U.S..
My name is Brenda, I'm semi retired, and my dream has always been to travel across the country when I retire. So you could say I'm living my dream. Full-time van life can be such a fulfilling way to explore the country while keeping costs down. I'm here to help if you have any questions about your adventure, or need tips on free camping.
I feature free, SAFE places to camp.
Follow me on my journey, because YOU can do this too.
I have a older van too. How many miles do you have on yours? Do you worry about breaking down? I'm thinking about trying it but don't have any savings and worry about breaking down 😊
That's a fear we all have I think. My van has 163,000. Best to have some money put aside for emergency break downs tho. Take your vehicle for a road inspection before you hit the road. Goodluck, and I hope to see you down the road.
Thank you for this. I’m in the getting ready phase- I had no idea about BLM being this nice with actual spots to camp. Just a couple questions since I’m such a newbie-do places like this have a trash can or a central place to fill water? I know the answer is probably No but thought it wouldn’t hurt to ask. Please keep sharing places like this-I will be following along!!
@terriburrosskistner1268 I haven't seen a free BLM spot with a trash can or water. I usually take trash to the store when I'm in town n fill water too.
You always see these crazy expensive sprinter van builds that you forget about the simplicity of camping. This is cheap and quite frankly amazing! I love it!!!
@TracyTravelss get a decoy tent, put out a couple chairs too so ppl dont know if you're alone or not. Never had anyone mess with my stuff, well except the crows lol.
Hi Brenda my name is Sherry and I'm a Floridian. I live down in Georgetown South of Palatka anyway I'm going to enjoy watching you and your channel grow on the road. You're doing what I want to do in the next year or two.
