I’ve been listening to Elton’s music since the mid 1970s. Today is the first time I’ve watched an interview with Bernie Taupin. It’s a strange feeling to finally hear the man behind the lyrics. What I mean is I have great admiration for both of them.
Same question everywhere: "He's open doors", "Please, Open doors", "These Open doors"... or, or, or?? Is there someone who can point the real correct solved interpretation to this soundproblem? Thank you and be blessed all time long Your sincerely Jörn
Brings back memories of Madison Square Garden, July 1976. I was there three times. I loved this long version of Hercules. The Garden was literally rocking. Ah, youth.
I was there, it was an awesome night ..The answer in the sky and Saturday Nights All Right for Fighting was the best versions I've heard Elton sing....and of course., the legendary Boston Pops....chills that night 🔥🔥❤❤
