Hi, we recommend to save files in RGB on our platform and you're right, the print printer will print in CMYK. Each digital printing machine has it's own default CMYK percentage settings and colours will be converted to the machine's default values. This means that converting from RGB to CMYK in production might help to avoid quality loss in comparison to converting from CMYK to CMYK.
Few questions and thoughts? 1) if the explanation of the API can be more print related will be better, as the user is inside the industry that have the knowledge. 2) Can the cloudprinter would more helpful in dynamic of the print needs, but not limited as a API only. this dynamic is for both ways client & printer. 3) would be more target on B2B printer for business development or focus on B2C end? 4) Professional management on print products? but not an introduction platform.
Hello, Renee! Thank you for your feedback! We will definitely take it into account while preparing the next webinars. The idea of this one was to introduce API to non-professionals who still may be interested in its functionality and benefits. That's why it wasn't that much printing-focused. But currently, we are working on the next events dedicated to "savvier" attendees who know more about printing and its technical (or marketing) perspective. Thank you for your advice and comments, we will try to cover all of them in our next webinars. Stay tuned!
