Hindu temples and their lands are under control of govt bodies and disputes related to them are under preview of civilian Courts. Waqf boards are also govt bodies but why disputes related to them are under waqf tribunals? Why this inequality?
We as a Community shld be United,Yes,Sacher Committee Report submitted in 2006 ,Waqf Board Amendaments brought in 2013, Everything is before the Parliament and at appropriate forums.BJP wants to bring in unwanted Amendaments in Waqf Bill with ulterior motives.Everyone shld Oppose the Waqf Bill tooth and nail.

Dr Zafer Ahmed SB was a Spl Officer on Duty to the then PM Dr MMS.He is an IAs officer who played an active role in Sacher Committee Report.His views are very important to the Community.He is running Zakhath Foundation of India.He is right in saying that the Waqf Bill,2024 needs to be returned.

Dusri taraf Aari uloom / modern education rakhne wale hazraat ko millat apna qaaid maanne ko taiyar nhi h kyonki kai maamlaat me yeh hazraat Deen ke buniyaadi usoolon tk se inheraaf kr bethte hn. Aise haalaat me Dr. Zafar Mehmood Sahab jaisi shakhsiyaat millat ke liye anmol khazana hn jinhe dono uloom pr control hasil h. Milli qaaideen ko is mamle ko gor o fikr ki zarurat h.
Tata ethical fund has approximately holding 62 companies out of which 22 are shari'a non compliant. Almost 35% of company is not halal. And the percentage of holding is approximately 34.55%. Also as per ulema recommendation we need to take out 5% from the profit since company deals with some non compliance business. So overall from the profit 34.55+5=39.55 should be taken out from the profit. So think before you invest on this MF.
