I bought an Invicta Pro Diver automatic watch bc I didn't want to wear my Submariner at the beach. Great watch; I love it. Since it's different colours from my Sub, I also wear it many times, not only while I go swimming.
The fact of the matter is that ceramic is very functional in that it allows you to have a blacked out watch that will get almost zero scratches, let alone get scratched to all heck like a blacked out stainless watch
GREAT COLLECTION I HAVE SIMILAR TASTE IN INVICTA THE BIGGEST SIZE IN MY COLLECTION IS A 50MM AND MY FAVOURITE SIZE ARE THE GRAND DIVER SIZES IN 47MM. I HAVE 10 INVICTA WATCHES I'M GIVING THEM SOME WRIST TIME BUT IT'S DIFFICULT WHEN YOU HAVE 50 PLUS WATCHES IN MY COLLECTION.
I found out about Bertucci not even a year ago and I now own 5 of their watches. Some of my favorites at the moment. I have this same one and the one with the white dial. At first I didn’t like that the crown was at 4oclock but doesn’t bother me at all now. Badass watches!
Late to the party here. I recently picked up this Timex reference TW5M44900 in black. I dont believe it's made anymore as i cannot find it anywhere, including Timex website. I'm very impressed by its size/legibility, feature set and indiglo. It blows my G-Shocks out of the water. As a male with smaller wrists, this watch is sublime. Cheers.
Just bought the older model new old stock, ex military now landscaper so need something tough & NO SPRING BARS ….. this absolutely nailed it , so keep my Willard/ turtle, at home ….. best beater NO NONSENSE… just savage
As a so called Rolex fanboy, you should know that Rolex did not come up with the Submariner design. They copied it from another well known watchmaker. They just got it to the market first. So enjoy your "stolen" design Rolex fanboy.
I come from the future to let you know reps have gone legit now, same watches, made up logo like Cadisen or Addiesdive -and they cost the same as Invictas without the awful branding, better bracelets and glide locks. No brainers LOL
I have the 2008 Air King 114200. I intentionally chose the plain bezel. The fluted bezel and the engine turned bezels remind me of cupcake paper. I didn't like it. I have worn my watch every day for the past 15 years. I also like that there is no date, as the cyclops window annoys me. I only want a watch to clearly and plainly show me the time. Air King makes it easy to read the time. Complications and overly busy faces make it more difficult to see the time.
In the early 2000's Invicta did also offer a Speedway quartz chronograph version with same 9211 designation but using the older Miyota OS20 movement. That is more like the Rolex Daytona with the large second hand that does not move unless the top pushbutton is depressed.
I have the same one but with Mother of Pearl and mine has the date w/magnifier rather than daydate. I can't find the model anywhere online. But it's basically the same watch. Beautiful piece. Authentic diamonds. But my clasp is the original presidential 18k white gold and stainless. Its vintage for sure. I just got it appraised for $1800!! But still cant find one just like it. I can send pic/vid if you want if you think you could find it??
I have 2 Invicta Pro Divers. I have the Stainless Steel Meteorite Dial with an Automatic ETA-2824 with Diamonds on the Bezel and a Gun Metal Meteorite Dial with a Quartz Movement. Inherited both from my Dad. I love them both!
Theres some insider information suggesting that Swissarex has access to the Rolex database and uses the same codes on their watches as the original ones. Because of this, its nearly impossible to distinguish them as fakes.
I read a comment from someone mentioning that when a replica factory has a waiting list, its a sign that their products are superior to the originals. In this case, Swissarex is that factory.
I'll look at it like this if you want a Rolex buy a Rolex if you're like me and can't afford a Rolex because you're a blue collar worker just remember owning a Rolex isn't a flex if you use it to tell when your lunch break is over and anybody who would spend like a half a year's salary on a wrist watch versus half a day salary is stupid I've had cheap Casio watches from Walmart last 20 years
You're 100% correct. I've owned them and I don't think that they serve any purpose other than to look like you spent a lot of money. I'm so over that part of my life.
Im from China and everyone here buys watches from our country, but i know that our quality cant be compared to quality of products from Europe. So I started to resrch where can I find perfect watch. I started my quest for perfect replica watch. After many attempts and spending almoust 20k $ on varius sites all faild test of autentification when i went to local rolex store except one company. They sell hand made replica watches with real serial number card and papers. When I have shown that watch to dealer he can not belive his eyes, watch is 100% same as original then i asked to check for code in their rolex database, they even fanded id and date of transaction all was same and legit. That site name is swissarex but keep in mind i bought hand made watch it cost me about 2k $ but now I found what i was looking for. I got mine in silver red love the look. This is my first chronograph watch, I have been using digital smartwatches g shock all that, so for new owners .. after setting time date with center crown, you press top right button the big second hand will start moving and right small dial will start rotating crazy give it a min it will settle. Lol took me by surprise
Much rather see someone wearing an invicta ..its a good watch in its own right with a very good heritage ...not a fake made by 10 year olds in the dark with their feet...
There are soo many different styles of Daytona's! They're very solid and well built watches,however I've found them impossible to turn over and believe me,I've tried! The uneducated public Hates Invicta! I've tried to consolidate my collection! I'd lose a ton of money!
