I have the exct same extender. My problem is that my PC will NOT connect to it no matter what i do. I have tried resetting it but no matter how long i push the rstet button my intial profile keeps comming up as the wifi. Is there a way to get it back to its out of the box state where I can start from scratch? The reset just keeps giving me my old wifi profile name.

So your solution to not connecting to WiFi is to make sure it is getting enough internet.

hey i have a problem with mine, everytime i connect the extender the green light goes on instantly and then nothing happens, the wifi don’t go on and then when i try to press the little reset botton nothing happens and also with the botton next to it, i tried everything from connecting it the router with the lan cable to even trying to plug and connect it several times to see if it’ll work but nothing. Please i need some help i can’t find a source about this problem anywhere

OMG! Do you push that button on the side or do you put a pin in the hole? Which is the way to reset it!!!! Would have been nice to actually show it so it is clear.
