In the early phases of bone consolidation, it's common to see such walking patterns. Muscles and soft tissues surrounding the bone need time to adapt to the new length, and the gait gradually returns to normal as the healing process progresses. It generally takes 1-1,5 years -even more in some cases - for full recovery after two lengthening surgeries.
