Hey thanks for the check in! I'm still kicking! Haha Honestly, I just don't have many ideas of what I could create or share. My gaming now consists of 2 gacha games (Honkai Star Rail and Zenless Zone Zero) with some new releases sprinkled in there.
This stages purpose is about hide and seek to be Rank S, by using APC through bottom right to middle, unload unit, hide and run to the left, then from the left to the top. Complete in 3 turn you have S Rank.
'so what's the challenge?' 'complete the vault without stamina regen' 'and what's the solution?' 'spam stamina potions instead' Ubisoft design at it's finest.
I love this game, but the level design leaves a lot to be desired. You're given no indication of her weakness until Turn 2, at which point you've already maneuvered your troops into positions which are disadvantageous to taking out the ragnite crystal, and even if you /do/ take out the crystal, you're then told that you still need to damage her directly. So you try to use a sniper, grenadier, or the Hafen to deal damage to her… only to find out that, despite her wearing next to nothing, she's actually **very heavily armored**. If you don't have Penetrator unlocked, your only option is to somehow get a lancer in position, hope that one of your grenadiers are equipped with an anti-armor launcher, **or** you can try to make a long range shot with the Hafen against a target that you can't approach in a tank. I just don't understand why the game does this over and over again. The previous fight is similar, and leads me to believe that its next to get A ranks on a plurality of story missions with first knowing about Penetrator, then knowing when to use it. That's… really bad game design. Again, I really, honestly love the game. I just think they write themselves into corners ("how will Squad E defeat the most powerful Valkyria?! A being responsible for destroying massive, armored ships!") and then construct overwrought missions to make up for it.
Thanks the aiming system in this game is terrible and I thought you needed to complete the mission while sniping with Kai. Didn’t even realize until watching your walkthrough that you can also Claude and Raz. Thanks man!!!

Thanks, I got it on a 2nd run with a -30 penalty, so bronze. My main issue was holding down LB and then B and the wings don't come out, this hammeres controllers and oleds i think! On a first try attempt this would be gold. the coins got me +2 ⚡️for next upgrade. Thanks again. You gotta let go of the bumper for wings! So I'm putting this here for people doing the same thing as me.
This was way too hard for no reason! I could understand if it was like one of the final pillars to get the keys, but this was in the first freaking level! Like wtf? It should of been 1:00 not 55 secs.

Is it just me, or was this the one stage that had the hardest S tank time to get? Oh Took me damn near an hour. And the others, I got on my second or third try
... I legit thought there was a hidden path, or a way to skip past one of the grind loops or... Something to excuse such an asinine time requirement... Especially THIS early in the game! I feel like I've been at this for an hour and honest to God I went from loving this stage to... Not wanting to see this damn thing again for a LONG time after getting the s rank from this damned thing. That said, THANK YOU FOR THE VIDEO!
Yeah I was surprised when the requirement came up with my first finishing time. It's strange though how all the other levels in world 1 aren't that much of a struggle to get the time. It makes me wonder how they make their s rank times
Thank you! I didn’t know you could skip those two Eggrobos by double jumping off the spring and boosting. Thanks to that I managed to shave two seconds off my time to get 53.61 seconds. You’re a lifesaver!
I just got a S after alot of hard work and I never knew about that spring thing you did. The methords I used to save time was go through the hoops at the start but then dash to the left the moment you land on the platform avoding the spring and landing on a boost pad below.
@@DigitalNinjaLee yeah, if you do an air dash, while you don't hit the floor again you won't get the chance to do it again in the air. So the stomp solves this issue.
