Welcome to Finland 🙏🏻 If you want to enroll your daughter in english school then there are three international schools in Helsinki vntaa and Espoo municipality.Espoo international school, International school of vantaa and Ressu comprehensive school is totally free but International tof Helsinki which is also english medium and there are 2 more english school in Helsinki municipality they are not free, they charge almost 1200-1400 euros per month .so can apply as per your choice.
I don't think student or their spouse can get any monetary benefits from the govt. These benefits are only for those partners whose spouse are on Work Permit, not on study permit.
I heard unemployment benefits are harder to get in smaller city like Joensuu, as compared to bigger cities like capital Helsinki.. Is this true?? How long (month) does it take to process -- for dependent to start receiving the unemployment allowance??
