not even sure why I looked this up here. I was about 6 years old, a little over 40 years ago, and my parents got me a 10 gal complete penn plax fishtank set up for christmas. I just remember going here and falling in love with keeping fish. They had a HUGE red Pacu here that severely outgrew his aquarium. Like he had no room to even turn around. Then they had mentioned "we found him a home" and they had him transported to Roger Williams Zoo, there was a tall fish tank at the entrance made of metal and glass, had to of been at least 5000 gallons, and the big Pacu was there until we moved.

Having a representative of the Town of Narragansett say that Narragansett is all about the beaches is a good thing to say if the goal of this is to increase house sales for the realtors, but it's terrible for tourism if the main thing is the beaches since the goal of the town is to make it harder for tourists to use the beach and if they are selling "Locals Only" hats and t-shirts. Maybe focus on just the food and the view of the beach.
I grew up in Wickford and was good friends with Joe and Donna Dube's daughter Sarah. We spent many an hour on the second floor of that building when it was still Wickford Gourmet. It was nice to see them again, still in business after all these years.
