I need to do something. Been eying Felix for some Time I bought my ex his course, not sure how it was but I know she didn’t do anything with it. Any notes or comparisons to offer ? I am always wondering how is something like this not saturated and people like yourself who have clearly dominated in this hustle, is there really room for others to come up in such a thing. Perhaps I just don’t realize how big the US. It’s that natural tendency to look for reasons why something won’t work. Gotta try and flip that mentality. Anyway. Goin back to finish the bud. Just paused to comment
That's great, well as a virtual assistant myself i always ask if my clients need me to be a personal virtual assistant or a virtual assistant and i will let my clients know whether I'm cool with the hourly working time or not. If I'm not cool, i will let them know, simple
Hey Mike. Are you still buying DTS products? Almost 8 months ago we all got a message from your virtual assistant, saying that you were on hold, and then nothing.
Hey I have a huge question. I’m ready to buy your course I’ve virtually looked at all your videos from oldest to your latest videos. So my biggest question is should I buy the 3 courses for $1000 since I’m a beginner or should I get in to the mastermind and purchase it. I know the mastermind has much more value but I lack the experience but I really would love to join it.
Hey I answered you on a text message. (kudos) to you I do not put my phone number on my videos anymore so you were really looking through all my videos.
First off bro I want to say I appreciate and respect the shoutout but also what you have been able to do in this business. I think you were probably one of my first students and the level you have grown it to is actually impressive. I did block you but its not because I dislike you as a person but actually because I don't like how you did business regarding your group. I don't care that you made your own course/mastermind, a ton of people have taken my course and went on to sell there own course. I didn't like how you took my course, and then got people in your course//mastermind from my group. You got paid and ate because of the leads from my group, how I was taught business is that whether I asked for a commission or not you were suppose to pay me because without me you wouldn't have had easy access to those people. I know you recruited at least a dozen people off the strength of my group and I didn't get $1 which to me is pretty lame. I'm not asking for a lot but its just the principle. I don't even know if you will see this but if you do and want to do the right thing years later on you know my number. Either way keep doing your thing and continue to win.
Everything we did in my mastermind was things you never taught us. But yea i know multiple people you never paid on other ventures that is why I was hesitant to ever teaming up. Reguardless that has nothing to do with me. Most the people in my mastermind came from RU-vid. I still do not think I owe you a dime. They came to me. I never approached them. Not my fault. They saw value. You say I got your phone number. Not sure I do. And why wouldnt you just text me this message itself?
I am about 5 months in after giving up social media. Deleted it all off my phone I simply use it to advertise my business but I dnt even do that my team does. I just access it on my PC keeping it 100% for work.
If your going to be in the pallet business, you can NOT pick up pallets, 10 at a time behind stores, even when you are starting out. My family was in the pallet business for over 3 decades. Contrary to popular belief, you don't need a lot of money, you can actually make a fortune with very little money. Story time: In the late 80's my relative rented a small piece of property with a shop, leased 1 forklift, and contracted with an independent truck driver. No experience in the pallet business, just an insane work ethic. Total investment $1,500. A month later, a large warehouse came to town. My relative walked into this warehouse and told them that he wanted their pallet business. He told them he was just starting out and would not let them down. He was awarded the pallet contract on the spot. The contract involved: Picking up all GMA 48x40, repairing and returning all hardwood #1's to this distribution center which was about 20% of all the pallets. The other 80% of pallets were all 48x40 hardwood #2's and some 48x40's softwood #1's. The contract involved buying these from the company. How much? 50 CENTS! Keep in mind, the price of pallets hasn't changed in nearly 3 decades. At this time a repaired #2 was selling for around $3.50 -$4. The company would pay $1.50 to repair the #1's, in the late 80's piece rate was 15 cents for relair another 10 cents for a used board. All in repair for .25 cents. Now the gold mine was on the pallets bought for .50 CENTS. Repaired (if needed) for .25 cents - sold for $3.75. The best part? 4 TRUCKLOADS PER DAY! Over 2k pallets per day, 6 days per week. 50,000 pallets bought per month. These were good pallets, average 1 or less repair each, many needed no repairs. This continued for the next 3.5 DECADES! Mid 90's price went to $1. Early 2000's went to $1.25. 2010's $1.50. They were so happy with the service, that all estimates that were sent to them by other pallet companies went straight to the garage. You can obviously calculate the money made off this ONE customer. All from a $1,500 investment and the courage to talk with a new company. Never give up folks!
Thank you very much for this insightful story! I want to start this aswell here in Switzerland (tiny country) and you story gives me so courage. May I ask what the name of the company is? Cheers Simon
You can do both. Picking up pallets and talking to new companies is easy to do. I do not get your point here. Do both. I thought this was obvious. I had a cold calling team, i knocked doors and had my own route I would do to pick up pallets.
@@michaelcornell2323 You do not get my point here? I left an amazing comment on your channel for motivation to others interested in the business. Picking up 10 pallets at a time is not the way to go. There are zero barriers to entry doing it that way, no different than pulling recyclables from the trash can - anyone can do it. For someone that wants to make a few extra bucks, I suppose this method is ok. For someone that really wants to build a good profitable pallet business, picking up a few pallets at a time is not the way to go. In the pallet business it's not usually about price when it comes to obtaining large contracts, it's the service you provided them. What most successful pallet companies do is bid a contract at close to "break even", provide excellent service then raise the price. 75% of customers will stay with you.
While working on my GED ( High School Diploma) 🎓 🎓 & learning different languages as multilingual I'm interesting in Entrepreneur so I can be an successful Entrepreneur type of business I want having acting company. I believe in success & the word " success" is the key . my dream having my own business
@Michael Cornell they would want to work with me because I get leads on a platter. Apparently I had so many people say yes. Nobody followed up. Only one did. But she moved out. So getting right person is much harder. Maybe this is why Only 1/10 people in the world hold 90% of the wealth
Absolutely! You hit the nail on the head. The key is not just the amount of money you earn, but rather your ability to save and manage it wisely. Saving plays a crucial role in maintaining financial stability and building a secure future.
What types of places are you finding to be your best buyers of pallets? I am new to this game in Pennsylvania and having a hard time locating buyers… Plenty of supply but nowhere to sell them.
Thank you for your feedback man! Having a healthy and positive mindset can have a significant impact on achieving success in various areas of life. When our thoughts and beliefs are aligned with our goals and aspirations, we are more likely to take actions that support them and ultimately achieve success.
Wont you run out of people to call after a day or so if they are making 300 calls daily to companies? Unless you travel to different cities outside of yours right?
Hi Mike, we been doing this 2 years. And I'm definitely interested in locking in a system of locking in a contract of having buyers weekly, daily. I wonna be able to pick up a companies pallets for free instead of paying for them and then trying to go sell them because right now they are not selling for much. Not in Ga. How do you find a higher buyer for the pallets and a company willing to let you come get them for free?
Mexico City and Medellin are both vibrant cities with their own unique charm. Medellin is known for its pleasant climate, beautiful landscapes, and welcoming locals, while Mexico City is famous for its rich history, culture, and delicious cuisine. As for which city is better for basing yourself full-time, it really depends on your personal preferences and the type of lifestyle you're looking for. Medellin may be a better option if you prefer a more relaxed and laid-back lifestyle, while Mexico City may be more suitable if you're interested in exploring a bustling metropolis with endless cultural and entertainment options. Overall, both cities offer a lot to explore and experience, and it's worth visiting both to decide which one is the best fit for you. :)
