This Hisagi vs Findor is top 5 best fights in all the original Bleach anime, ost and choreography were fucking peak. Hope that Hisagi will have all this moveset in Rebirth of Souls.
its always the shoulders because the bleach anime is so heavily censored. I think most anime probably is. The manga is better as far as combat goes. Luckily, the latest anime season seems to follow the manga.
I hate everything about Nnoitora. I hate his look; he has got one of the most punch-able faces in fiction! And his attitude; I have no patience for his type of scumbag. Others who think similarly can at least be entertaining from time to time, but everything he says pisses me off. It's like every second the guy is on screen is like a personal insult to me. His arrogance feels so woefully undeserved; the most interesting ability he has is his hierro, otherwise all he has is brute strength. Yammy, Grimmjow, and several of the Fraccion have brute strength, it's not more impressive just because Senior Spoon-head is the one doing it now. His zanpakuto is unique; but the thing looks like it's not supposed to work the way he often uses it. If Nnoitora's goal was to bludgeon someone to death, I'd understand him swinging it like a maniacal merry-go-round. Finally; his resurreccion is less impressive than the freaking Privaron Espada! He gets more arms, effective looking scythes, and can regenerate said arms if they're removed; isn't regeneration a basic ability of an arrancar? The only Resurreccion I can easily think of that pisses me off more than Santa Teresa is probably Glotoneria; and I chalk most of that up to Aaroniero being a moron instead of his power being bad. 88,000 hollows or something devoured, and the guy doesn't utilize any abilities other than the ones he jacked from an already dead shinigami!? All he did was make himself a bigger target!!!
interesting that the guy is fine with working on an operation that could get him killed at any moment but is not fine with losing his job, that sounds like his priorities are pretty damn messed up 🤣
The OST that comes on in this fight is top tier, its so triumphant. This is one of my favorite episodes in the whole show, the animation, the choreography, the reveal of Hisagis shikai, his squads philosophy, the atmosphere everything about it was so masterfully done.
Hisagi is way too humble, "not even close to a captain" he says about his opponent, not even admiting as one of the strongest lieutenants hes basically close to captain level.
Lowkeyyhh xD My ABSOLUTE FAVORITE EPISODE OF BLEACH! EVERY CAPTAIN NOTICES WHEN HISAGI CALLS HIS SHIKAI! Hisagi hates his Zanpaktou, and that's why he has not achieved his Bankai. Because of that, he never progressed past his Shikai, meaning it would be his limit-set-peak, because he wants to survive. He's come to realize how overpowered his Shikai, which has fostered some mean qualities in his personality, actually is. The Captains can tell that if Hisagi were to ever achieve Bankai, he would MORE than qualify for a Captain's position, and are eagerly waiting for it to happen. Hisagi is the fucking GOAT. Also the enemy, Findorr, WHAT AN ABSOLUTE BADASS! Him pushing Hisagi to use his Shikai would cause Hisagi to feel like Findorr's personality might be the ideal personalty for Hisagi to aim for... How twisted. What a villain! Hisagi must absolutely hate having to use even his Shikai. WTF did Kazeshini do to Hisagi to warrant such hate!? Edit: FIXING TYPOS! xD Edit 2: The Captaiins also did not expect Ikkaku to take such a beating. A Natural Squad 11 member to the core!
Now do you understand? While his design, beliefs and this episode is one part why he's my main character, the Bleach light novel Can't Fear Your Own World does even more for his character.

You know how there are some characters in an anime you wish you had more of, he is one of those characters
BTW man the Zampakutou Rebellion Filler (230-265) its pretty good, ITS A TOTAL must to watch (but for now you can skip them until the end of the Arrancar Saga). Regai Uprising filler (317-341) its not as good as the Zanpakuto Rebellion, but has a lot of great fight scenes (almost What IF or Fanservice Fights, you can understand why by simply watching the opening for this arc). Lastly idk if you already watched it but BLEACH 1ST MOVIE its also canon, as the place from it is talked about in the manga and anime, and due the sad nature of the movie it also self explains why its never talked about in the bleach universe. This one is a valid watch anytime since the ending of the Soul Society Arc, it has some amazing fighting scenes.
idk but i doesn't like misa after all, the best useful for him maybe while trying flirts everybody with his s*x clothes, but for me it's kinda weird and maybe disgusting. cuz, it's like teenage girls trying flirts adult men.
Director: "We have a big surplus of budget to invest in one fight, I was thinking about..." Animator: "Yes." Director: "I haven't said yet for which one." Animator: "69 is fine." This is one of those fights that feel totally different from the manga, not only for the improved choreography and the high animation level, the battle itself is very extended, as all that happens before Findorr's release is anime original, also the end is very different, as instead of fire his last Cero with Hisagi cutting epically through it, Findorr in the manga turn his back on the enemy and run away in fear. To me, this is still one of Bleach best animated fights, and it's crazy considering that's a minor battle. Studio Pierrot really loved this guy!

maybe animator in studio really like hisagi too, animation in this episode it's really clean dude, this way hisagi have a light novel after bleach manga ended up.

I like how this arc hypes up certain characters while not giving much on others, for example Kenpachi getting hyped up to heavens but realistically he is somewhere in the middle of the 13 captains at this point of the story, Chad got to fight the strongest captain out of everyone.
The spinning thing at the beginning and end of the second op is actually a form of animation called a zoetrope! There can be 2D or 3D zoetropes, but essentially they have a bunch of 2D images or 3D figures in a circle in the zoetrope, and they spin really fast, making you see an animation! I find it really cool that they did that
Yumichika actually used his true shikai against Hisagi in season 3 but it was off-screen. It only showed the aftermath when Hisagi was laying on top of the roof. He was exhausted from having his spiritual pressure sucked out, and that's when he noticed a big fire and it transitioned to Yamamoto's fight with Shunsui and Jushiro. hi nice reaction hahha This movie is a gem, if I had to add something so you know, in the novel when the ex-machines visit Riku, they lie to him, posing as machines without emotions since by obtaining Schwi's data everyone won a heart , and Riku realizes it, and lies to himself and kills his emotions in order to continue with the plan that the ex-machines propose to him. In the movie it is only noticeable when Eizieq, who visits him, looks away after speaking to him, and that is why the end of the movie makes more sense, where he blames himself for all those who died, since in reality, in order to kill Artosh, the Ex-machines almost became extinct, only 100 or so survived. and they could not kill him, they only tore the Quintessence from him, and put him to sleep at Tet Forbid war. xd
