I've had my pan for 2 years and only cook with this particular pan 3 times a week. I now have to get a replacement pan because mine slightly bows in the middle. And no I don't put my pans in water directly after cooking. I let them cool off before washing. Even though my pan needs to be replaced I will still purchase another one because it's the only pan I can use a metal spatula on.
I have one of these pans for 3 years, cook on it at least twice a day and it has yet to fail me. I never thought cooking could be so easy, but it is with Bialetti!
Absolutely the best pans I have ever owned and I've spent a lot of money on pans I've given away!!! Stainless Steel! Cast Iron! All gone. Now I only use the Bialetti Titan pans. And talk about cost!!!! Inexpensive doesn't mean cheep! I only wish they made a 6" or 8" pan for my quick and simple mornings when I get lazy. I LOVE YOU BIALETTI!!!!
They have an 8" Titan and if not the Impact has same coating but different handle and outside. I agree it is so much better than any other pan and they last for quite a while, like over 5 years of constant use as long as you treat it right(well mostly right anyway). They even blow away my All-Clad
The claims in this marketing video are true! Prior to this I had a Cuisinart Ceramica 12" skillet, and it lost its efficacy over time. I've had this pan for two years now, and constantly amazes me, and I've bought it for six other people as Christmas gifts. If you use the $10 coupon at Bed Bath and Beyond, you can get it for a ridiculously great price, given its quality and versatility. Imagine if Fabio pressed a couple of slices of bread into that shredded cheese, he would have the beginnings of a true grilled cheese sandwich. With coupons, you can get all four of them for less than $100.
Love this guy! I like to be classy! I don't like coffee to go. I dislike coffee in a paper cup. You will find many in America ( Unfortunately) Getting their coffee to go and wearing yoga pants. Not me!
It's a valve intended to release steam, if its covered with water then it will either leak, or the steam will come out the top and not properly make your coffee
Don't waste your money on this garbage product. It will break no matter now delicately you handle it. A product intended for daily use does not meet expectations, you will need a new one in a month.
I’ve had this pan for a year now. And it still not a single scratch on it! All other non stick pans I have used, failed after 6 months. But this is still going strong! I am looking for a complete set of the Titan coated Bialetti pots and pans; but where do I find it? It doesn’t even show up on their own web shop?
I use a quarter cup of cafe bustello, and maybe 2-2.5 cups of hot water, I add sugar to coffee grounds my preferance. I used to use bialetti stove top moka pot and did it the same way for a cuban espresso.
Hi I would like to add a suggestion to your product don’t know how to reach you. I bought a stainless steel moka pot. The product is fantastic and no regrets. Quality of the steel used is excellent. A small bothering issue , but is a safety hazard - in the place where the jar and lid is connected , there are very sharp edges, (the key way for lid to close) by which two of our family members got injuries couple of times. It has to be with rounded edges to avoid injuries. If I have your email id I can send pictures-

Horrible pan... it stains easily especially if you cook with soy sauce and eggs start sticking after about 4 to 8 weeks.. their best pans though are the Bialetti Mineral DS Pans with Textured Nonstick Steel Blasted Surface, I have the 8" and 10" Black with the silver colored handels... BEST NON STICK PANS I'VE EVER USED and I've tried them all!
