One thing I must say is you owe it to yourself to heal and not only for your partner, But I believe someone’s background shouldn’t hinder you much(Talking about one having an absent mum or dad). I won't lie,I had such mindset but as a grown woman,I realise everyone deserves a chance and you'll be surprised people no longer allow allow their backgrounds dictate their future, people have healed regardless of their background. I had a cousin who was from a very dysfunctional background,he had both parents but the home was dysfunctional and he was so intentional about healing and they kind of love he wanted to give any woman he dated. He read books,went through therapy and didn't realise all these until he healed Bottom line is,give people chances and not just judge them by what you think THANK YOU SERAH!!!
