if you go in low fpv you would limit your exposure to cm's and people that would report you, you could even just fly a sub 250g drone nap of earth and stay away from crowded areas, cameras might capture you...you could even make one for under $200 or something and ditch it, so they would have a super hard time finding you. Yea the only problem is you could never take credit for it, or have an account that you post to through vpn with no address so it wouldnt lead back to you...ofc youtube might still take it down...hmm Imagine flying fpv through disneyland at night with no one in the park though that would be so fun.
The "Permanent" TFR ("temporary flight restriction") extends on a 3.5 MILE radius of Disneyland. Which covers most of Anaheim, parts of Garden Grove, etc. That is a larger no-fly zone that is around Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)!! Disneyland didn't want planes flying banners over their park. Even though FAA law is that you don't own the airspace over your property. 3.5 mile radius is ridiculous! I guess when you have money like Disneyland, you can buy anything you want from the FAA. It is the ONLY "Permanent" TFR in the country.
It would be crazy to fly any drone over Disneyland and think you’re going to “Get away with it” because you would probably POST it to some form of social media. Guess what... The FAA will find you thru your social media outlet, believe me and your then waiting for a very large fine for flying in a TFR. Temporary Flight Restriction. Don’t try it...
You could actually disable those restrictions through third party software, but in the end it would really just ruin the experience for everyone else :( wouldve been fun to actually see it
Two years ago, I got to call this guy my son-in-law. Best most awesome man for my sweet daughter. They call each other husband and wife. Now in a few months they will change their titles to mommy and daddy. And what do you think the theme of their baby room is????? Disney of course. This very close knit family is so excited to have more piter patter of little feet in the house. Love you guys.

Going for the opening of the capsule would be cool, but I'm guessing it would be crowded, and I was there for the 60 anniversary, and it was packed. So, I'll probably just watch your video on it
